Staff very helpful and friendly

The hot tub was way too hot to use and that was a big reason for choosing this hotel. Also they were renovating a room across from us and you could hear them all night

Easy and quick check in

A bit over-priced, the bed was too firm.the microwave wasn't plugged in, had to move a heavy desk to get to the outlet. Was noisy until about midnight.

The pool

The heating/cooling in the room. it was noisy and did not work well.

Location

Cleanliness. Our shower/tub was disgusting. Hair all over inside and out Dried shampoo/conditioner on the shower walls. I left a note for the maid as well as notified the front desk and it never got cleaned to satisfaction.

It is close to the Granary, where we had reservations for a NYE party.

Our room was not clean: bed skirt had something gross on it, used lipstick tube under the sink, dirty around the base of the tub.

Great location, friendly staff. Bed was so comfortable!

Hot tub was so hot you could barely get in it and I like them hot!

Nice Hotel. The best location we were going to event Ralston Center which is located next door . Several bar restaurants in the same general area. Great Pool hottub area. We were allowed early check in on our arrival, also they had a great warm breakfast

The Pool, Hottub area is a little outdated needs some minor attention.

The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip and the free breakfast. The staff at the front desk were helpful.

I was there 5 nights and only had my room refreshed once. The hotel was dirty. On the morning I checked out, I found a bedbug in the sheets, totally unacceptable. I was told a manager would reach out and no one has called. Stay away from this hotel.

The staff and breakfast I¿ve stayed at over 4 hotels in the past four days, and they by far had the best FREE and FRESH breakfast!

The radio on the bedroom stand was kinda old didn¿t offer a Bluetooth connection option, and the tv was basic. They could use an upgrade on their technology available but other than that everything was great

Staff is amazing ,the room very clean .great price.

Everything was good.

The room was large and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature.

At breakfast the milk was spoiled not expired just sour .

Hot tub but had major insulation issues with ventilation for the hot tub. Steam and water dripping everywhere

Carpet near and in elevator was disgustingly dirty. Rest of hotel was great so it was surprised to see this.

2 lights did not work. Mold in the bathtub. Floors were absolutely filthy. A floor drain in the bathroom stunk like unholy hell. Tv box needed reset, it was frozen on a channel. Tp dispenser was almost falling off wall. 50 deposit i still havent got back

Courteous staff, prompt check-in and check-out, clean, spacious, comfortable guest room and ample parking. (If helpful to know, is located right next to Ralston Arena.)

Our guest room bathroom was showing some ¿wear¿ and the shower had conditioner and bath gel bottles but not shampoo.

The bed and pillows were good! It was quie!

It could be a bit cleaner and better maintained. I guess we can still blame covid and staffing shortages? I listed concerns and felt like the manager in charge really cared and WOULD get to the bottom of those issues from the way he answered! I hope so!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff got us new sheets to make our beds. The staff did get us more eggs when we asked. Breakfast was hot. Room was clean besides the beds.

The beds both had stains on the sheets and hair on them. We showed the staff member on duty and they gave us new ones and we remade the beds ourselves. We went to breakfast at 9:20 a.m. and there were no eggs in the warmer. The pool was very cold!

Clean and quiet , breakfast was good. Staff was always friendly.
