Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center

the front desk was friendly and professional. Check in and out was quick. The room and bathroom was clean.

The view from my room. People were on the rooftop across the hotel doing inappropriate things which the hotel has no control over.

It connects to Tysons Corner mall which makes it extremely convenient for shopping and eating.

Furniture and carpets in room need upkeep. Stains, scratches, a bit in need of an upgrade.

The staff was very helpful, we appreciated the shuttle service offered. Friendly and available when needed.

The room had some accommodations, but lacked some basic ones. There was no microwave, no drawers to put our clothes in and a closet with a broken door that would not shut. A band played outside until 9 one night, so loud were could not relax, shook window

My room was impeccably clean and spacious. Staff very responsive and professional. The adjacent restaurant, Barrel and Bushel, was an excellent farm to table w/ excellent beer selection and overall experience; very high quality for a "hotel" restaurant.

Nothing; it was a superb stay and I'm a fussy, frequent traveler for business.

Proximity to the mall, great on-site restaurant, ample parking, 30min drive to DC

The room was extremely run down. Vanity was falling apart, plumbing was terrible and toilet overflowed during the night, likely due to plumbing issues elsewhere. The TV remote was extremely unresponsive. Bathroom door also would not slide well.

A male from housekeeping walked in my room without knocking while I was undressed.

Great location. The day we checked in was rainy so being able to just walk into the mall was just what we needed.

My only problem was not with the hotel, exactly. Because the hotel shares the parking lot with the mall, there were cars that were racing around in the garage very late at night while we were trying to sleep making a LOT of noise. We were on 14th Fl!

Beds were comfortable.

Several light bulbs out. Freezer didn't freeze and I needed to keep ice packs for medical treatment.

Location, quiet and clean

The Shower, TV, the light sitting was nice and the bed was comfortable too.

How close it was to the mall and other places.

The shower head was splashed water all over the bathroom. We needed more towels to dry the floor.

Fantastic location adjoining Tysons Corner Mall. Two minute walk to the metro. Rooms are clean and modern. Good gym. The staff were all courteous, helpful, and friendly. B&B restaurant was good, too.

Minor issue but¿ the bathrooms have sliding doors. Unfortunately, the guest next to us would slam their bathroom door shut. Annoying at 2 am.

Loved everything

Nice size room, paid a little extra but it was worth it. Restaurant Barrel and Buschel's food was very good. The waitress named Libby was sooo nice.

Housekeeping was in consistent, one day it was 1:00, another we had to call as no one was there by 2:30 and the day we were leaving they came at 10:30. We tend to spend a good bit of time in the room so it was hard to gauge when we should leave.

Staff, location to mall and courtyard, and restaurants...

The parking was a little annoying. Def. not easy with children and luggage.
