Very clean and new and quiet.

The cleanliness, food, and staff!

It was easily the nicest and cleanest Hampton Inn that I have stayed. I've traveled all over the country and we usually try to find a Hampton Inn. This location was absolutely way above the others. Courteous and polite staff.

I liked everything. Nothing to change. Extremely clean.

I have booked the room for my birthday because it had a heated pool and a Jacuzzi. The pool was cold as ice. I called three times to speak with someone about getting this situation. Taken care of. No one has called me back. They told me they would.

Cold indoor pool. No response. I will not let this go

Cleanliness and location

Hot tub had 5 max capacity and 4 women strayed in it for 2 hours and didn't seem to want to let my daughter and I take a turn.

I was most impressed with the welcome I received upon arriving and the hotel decor was beautiful, modern, and SUPER CLEAN! The hotel offered a full hot breakfast daily, including many options.

Staff was super friendly. Cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect I was less than 10 minutes away for my event.

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, hotel was nice and new on the inside.

Issue at checkin and staff seemed uncaring about making us wait even though they had caused the issues. No towels at the pool in the evening. We had 2 towels in our room for 3 people. On our 2nd night we asked for more and told we could only have 1.

This place exceeded all expectations. It was new clean well organized with an outstanding staff. Great breakfast and just a joy to stay at this location. The staff helped organize our agenda for the downtown events while we stayed in a safe area.

The location of this hotel was in a nice quiet area. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good as well.

I have stayed here a total of 4 times and have enjoyed my experience each and every time, it is close by areas I frequent to eat and shop so its a win/win for me

The fact that it really was 100%handicap accessible and the fact that the room was so cozy and nice and clean and comfortable... and the fact that the staff were so nice and polite and friendly and helpful.

Not really... maybe if I had to find one thing it would be that because the tv was mounted it was hard for my friend and I to plug in an HDMI cord so we could watch stuff on her her laptop...but to be honest I really don't think that it was a big deal.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable room, ample parking.
