Staff friendly, checkout at noon, area safe and convenient to shopping and activities, parking free and under cover, nice bar and restaurant, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, lots of towels and pleasant experience. My go-to hotel for over 10 years.

The rooms are very quiet, but he pillows are excellent, the location is easy to find and very safe and the public areas clean and attractive.

Parking, There is only few parking spaces, which is shared by residents, hotel guests and restaurant , Friday and Saturday night I could not get a spot, when asked at the front desk all she could say was we are sorry.

On the Main Street and very nice

Not hotels fault but restaurant was being renovated so really not great food options at the hotel

Yes I had an worker from the hotel open up my door the next morning around 9:15am. The hotel worker stated it¿s check out time ! Check out was 12pm. I feel violated because my daughter didn¿t have any clothes on. The General Manager is looking into it.

Hotel is clean, located around lot of food places near by, starbucks is right across parking lot

I loved the experience, from the staff to the cleanliness of the room and the amenities.

This is a very central location with nice rooms and a friendly abd heloful staff.

Occasionally parking is limited on a Saturday night due to events and live music on site. The staff was able to give me a spot in a monthly restricted parking area. On the vast majority of the time there is plenty of parking in their garage.

They give me a dirty room at first mind you I check in at 7 a.m

Location is very convenient

Clicking nosies all night don¿t know what the clicking is but it constantly went on all night and day. Very annoying and hard to sleep through!

The checking in was fast, hotel was clean and bright and nicely decorated. Nice lounge area. Room was large, nice clean bathroom, good shower, enough towels, clean room with enough lighting.

I would have liked better pillows they were too soft and I have neck and back issues so does my partner. Everything else was great.

The location was nice for visiting Niagara Falls. Parking and access to hotel was convenient.

The headboard had not been cleaned, there was a lot of dusty on it. The darker curtains do not close. Too much light comes through the window during the night and in the morning. That is the design.

People were giving free upgrades to strangers. I go there regularly, had a bad attitude when I asked for pool view

The rooms were clean and sanitized. He stuff is friendly. The restaurant and bar are nice. Good food. Coffee is free butter n lobby, coffee machine in room Starbucks next door. Safe around the suburb areas.

Hard to park on Saturday nights as bar and restaurant are popular. A manager let me in late to a gated parking area.

Clean modern room. Friendly staff with a nice bar to sit and relax at the end of the day. Close to good options for eating/coffee.

The hotel restaurant was quite pricey. Not a big deal as there were good options close by.

Actually nothing was bad, except for the coffee. Whoever the vendor is, they should change it. Outside if the coffee, nothing; And usually I'm the most critical when it comes to hotels.

The room was spacious and welcoming. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Our experience with this hotel exceeded our hopes and made the visit to Buffalo a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel and the lovely folks that work there.
