- The lady at the counter was nice

- Smell of chemicals
- Requested an ADA room, didn't get one
- Star level was misrepresented. Listed as a 3 and "maybe" qualified as 1. Room had a thick smell, maybe incense or old smoke. Walkways were not clean, people were lingering outside. I did not stay, even though I had prepaid online thinking it was a 3-star.
