SilverStone Inn and Suites

Our clean, safe room looked just like the pictures. That doesn't happen often. We can't afford 5* hotels. But this 2+* motel did great! The hot tub & pool were available, the Denny's breakfast vouchers worked w/o a hitch, the staff was helpful & friendly!

No in-room safe. Fridge froze everything even on lowest temp. More of what we LIKED: The window opened, NO bugs, no stains on the sheets! A budget motel wouldn't have pristine hallways like a grand resort. A few woodwork chips & old paint didn't upset us.

the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She is a true gem.

The sink and faucet didn't appear to be wiped down well.

Poor location - difficult to find. The pad above the bed and the armchair have seen better days. The paint on the wall by the sink needs touching up.

The pictures do not match the actual hotel in real life. It’s old the tubs cracked chipping both of the drains in the tub and the sink barely work. The shower curtain was nasty. Housekeepers were rude. The pool was not clean.

Easy chair in room was great. Breakfast voucher for Dennys was a great idea.

A little noise being close to the freeway but it quieted down as the night wore on

Having to load 10.00 into an app and only use 3.00 of it for a load of laundry

This is an old and run down hotel. The beds and pillows are bad and breakfast is a joke. TV is small and there are no movie channels. Bathroom is old and small. It's a dive.

Easy to find off US90 and instead of doing breakfast in the hotel you get a voucher for dennys which is right beside the hotel

The bed isn?t the best and no elevator so if you don?t get the first floor you?ll be hiking your stuff upstairs

I requested a double bed room as my husband was traveling with my teen daughter. When he checked in he said they only had a single bed. This was not what was requested, and even after another patron offered to trade rooms the staff would accomodate.

I love the room we stayed in with 3 beds the staff was very nice

Being kept awake ALL night long, loud people slamming doors, loud TVs & Oh, let?s not forget the sirens! Sirens all night long, ambulances/fire trucks in all night for overdoses!! 20 mins after checking out I saw on the news a CHILD ODed there!

It was clean

Too many kids running around without adult supervision. X6 kids in pool w no adult, x4 k8ds running up and down hallway. X3 kids from hotel next door as well. Staff did nothing to quell noise.

The sink wouldn't drain and the dest light keeps blinking on and off when anything is plugged into it. Had trouble keeping my scanner on line.

The room was clean and it was in a good lication

Breakfast was not what i expected there could been more options

A Latino room service lady was very disrespectful of me and my partners recent stay because she was upset about doing her job she was paid lowly to do anyway. I am sure lots of Party ppl and lots of tours come to plenty hotel.

Beat down hotel, less parking, no onsite breakfast like it said in the booking.
