This hotel was clean and had a good vibe. The room and bathroom was small but clean and nice! This is a great place for quick overnight stay. The price was moderate as well.

I loved that it had options for kids in the lobby like games and books. It was nice to eat breakfast while they played! Also they have very good quality shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion!

The beds in this room were terrible ?! The lack of even small amenities was a bit surprising also. I bit more spartan than we expected!

The cleanliness. I have stayed at a ton of hotels this year and this one was by far the cleanest. The coffee station by the front desk was well stocked and clean, I appreciated that. We will be staying here from here on out.

It?s nice, and right by Mirabeau Park. Unusually small room, but the nice reading nooks and areas to chill in the lobby made up for that.

The hotel was very clean breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice also is 5 minutes for Spokane valley mall.

The water from the pool have too much chlorine.

Too firm beds, no microwave, no cozy chair, just a desk chair, no freezer section in frig, no ice on our floor

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The staff is amazing! Rooms r super clean and nice. Lots for the kids to do.

The hot tub has something in it that makes it bubble horribly when jets r on and we have been told by someone that works with hot tubs this is dangerous. Desk clerk advised it¿s safe.

New, clean and quick access to the freeway and the airport.

Modern, clean, spacious, customer service

Nothing. The rooms are smaller than a Motel 6 while charging 5-6 times the price. The circuit breakers kept tripping leaving half our room without power. I¿ll never stay at a tru Hilton again.

Alanna was the rudest hotel employee I¿ve ever encountered. She never provided me a receipt as the billed amount did not match the reservation amount, she gave me the wrong room and made the entire experience difficult. She shouldn¿t work in cust servic

The squeeze bottles of soap were pretty cool

My bathroom was not properly cleaned I found a curly black hair on the shower wall (my hair is blue) Also it is very close to traintracks so the train going by blaring it's horn woke me up several times. I ended up leaving because I couldn't sleep

The lobby was decorated and inviting and the staff was friendly.

The floors could have been cleaner. I spilled something and after I cleaned it up the towel was really dirty. I'm not sure if a better mop is needed or maybe better cleaner, but I feel like the floor shouldn't have left such a dark spot on the towel.
