    Pros +

    • Location and cleaniness.
    • The Navajo Nation has some very nice people - they treat you with respect and courtesy. The hotel was staffed with very pleasant and efficient people. The area is a bit worn down , but easy to navigate.
    • Buffet breakfast was reasonable and tasty. Good selection of both Native and non-Native foods. Dining room staff was very attentive and responsive.

    Cons -

    • 1) Telephone was not working. 2) Hairdryer was not working Staff were not very helpful when I reported these issues. They should at least give some credit. I requested a copy of my check out statement, not received yet, I need to complete my expen
    • Yes. It doesn't deserve the rating you have assigned to it. It's rundown and needs major infusion of money to restore everything broken. Reported malfunctioning Keurig unit in room to front desk personal on checkout. She could have cared less.
    • I feel they need to upgrade beds to queen but doubles worked out fine.

I love the location. I absolutely love the breakfast vouchers and the menu. Tried the sheepherder breakfast. Delicious!

I feel they need to upgrade beds to queen but doubles worked out fine.

The hotel was close to the event I was going to.

The room was ok. One thing I notice was the room was covered in dust. The TV, to the bedside tables, to the coffee maker. It was gross. I wiped down the furniture. For the price I paid for the room I shouldn't have to have done that.

It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean. The staff was efficient and the hot breakfast was delicious. I plan on staying here again.

    8LynnPosted on: 11-21-2016

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Dine' Restaurant on premises included traditional Navajo dishes, fry bread, mutton stew, etc.

    Exterior stairs, corridors.

    location

doors needed new weather stripping, lots of cold air and chimney smoke entering the room. Made first night very uncomfortable.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-2-2016

The staff are wonderful, the room and bed simple but very clean and comfortable.

    The restaurant is not great.

courteous staff, clean room, free coffee, free breakfast, location, easy access.

I called twice, 30 minutes apart to get a wake up call and nobody answered phone. Ice machine was out of ice both days.
