Comfort Suites Benbrook - Fort Worth Southwest

The front desk attendants are very nice! This is my second time to stay in this location and the location is very convenient to shopping, food, gas, etc!

The rooms were clean and the pillows were very comfortable.

They had one ice machine in the whole hotel, and it was in a room that was locked. Also, the hot tub water was dirty and the temperature never reached above 65. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn't see to the bottom. It was gross!

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Hot tub had to be turned on by staff took almost half an hour to heat up. Breakfast hot options were terrible burnt and soggy

The room was clean and gad good hot water. Bed was very comfortable and no stains. Breakfast was actually really good and the breakfast host was so super helpful and nice. We will be back. Very close to I20 access and cracker barrel. Will stay again.

The TV could have been higher up but other than that excellent experience.

Location was very close to event

Service was horrible. Lock on room door broke and we could not get in without staff having to bypass. They did not care to repair it. Rear exterior entrance door did not unlock with key card. Staff told us the wrong room location.

The breakfast was ok. I ate it because there was not any other way of getting to a restaurant. Same food every day.

The hotel smells bad. It smells like mold in there or the sewer was bad. Refrigerator in room wasn?t working. It was leaking water very bad. I lost all my food in fridge. The manager knew about these things. Also I checked out early at Comfort Suites.

Musty smell and minor problems with room.

There was nothing we liked.

Hair on bed, food on floor, trash on floor in bathroom. Looked like it had never been cleaned. We left and stayed at another hotel. Hoping to get a refund. Room was the worst we've ever seen and we've stayed at alot of hotels.

That its right next-door to a Circle K and Cracker Barrel restaurant. The hotel self is OK and they have a decent breakfast.

Staff. Believe me I got to know them. Ive been staying on and off because of my current situation with my apartment and they are just rude and not very accommodating. Its not just me Ive seen them tick off many customers.

The room smelled bad of black mold the wall in the bathroom was completely wet and moldy there was nasty hairs everywhere on the rim of the toilet the bedding looked like it was previously used I can go on and on but I won¿t I just won¿t stay here anymo

Staff is great. Hotel is smaller and quiet. Great location.

The location was only 5 minutes away from the venue I was going to.

Carpeting needs to be replaced and the ice machine on my floor (4th floor) was not working.

The room and bathroom were spacious.

We were told they did not have the room we reserved with 2 queens and they told us they upgraded us to a King but I'm pretty sure a King room was cheaper than what I initially paid. The first king room had black hairs all over the sheets in the bed.

The room met our needs and expections!

We were disappointed that the indoor pool was very cold, so we couldn't use it! That was the main reason we chose this hotel

I wish I had gotten her name, but the lady who took care of breakfast was the most helpful and delightful person. She made me feel at home. I remember her saying she was from California.

Very clean, quiet, and affordable.

Everyone working at this hotel was so kind! The front desk, breakfast, and even housekeeping people we interacted with were fun, personable, and engaging even with our kids. The breakfast was pretty decent. The room overall was clean and spacious.

The pool and hot tub were really cloudy, probably the dirtiest of the 5 hotels that we stayed at, but not so gross we didn't get in. There were some stains on the couch that were a bit questionable, but otherwise it was pretty clean.

It is close to where we want to be while staying in the DFW area.

There are some cleanliness issues. Also when we stay there we often smell marijuana in the hallways. Once it was so bad we had to change floors.

Comfortable bed once the crumbs and hair was removed from the bed.

The outside doors were not locked at night. Didn¿t feel safe.
