It was conveniently located to our event.

Staff didn't seem very concerned about a problem in the bathroom, toilet NOT seated properly to the floor it could tilt more than an inch. Informed them, female desk associate made notes & said maintenance would fix that day (2-14-26)

Very nice breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

Location was close to our destination and near many food places. Also, pet friendly was the reason we chose it.

Cable service was out the first night, so no tv. We were given the wrong room twice, first key didn¿t work, second opened but was occupied. Room was humid, carpet and bedding felt damp, soggy, even with air blasting. Loud.

Hotel was clean and beautiful

One incident. A guest was cooking fish in his room and the entire floor smelled horrible. However within minutes a hotel employee cleared out the smell with cleaning products

The people, the staff. Kind and respectful and very hospitable.

The doors close very loud for the rooms so you literally hear it all night and without a sleep aid (or in my case, with a sleep aid) you¿re going to be kept up all night with loud banging doors. Also, a white noise machine would be ideal.

No tubs just showers & water pressure not high enough & the towel hooks are above the toilet & they aren't high enough that when the towel is hung it touches the toilet so its awkward & kinda gross.

That it was close to where I needed to be each day of my 4-night stay there.

YES! I specifically asked for a quiet room w/o any direct outside access (i.e., no 1st floor room) & was given a 1st floor room with a window that opened - not safe for a woman alone! The room was VERY loud - got almost no sleep & they refused to move me.

I was a bit underwhelmed with the breakfast selections. I was expecting more for the nightly cost of the room.

Located in a great area with shopping and food. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The soaps were missing , the coffee supplies were missing ! Breakfast was limited and horrible packaged breakfast option ! The strawberry kiwi water was just plain water etc ! Stayed at Troy home 2home night before and they had more food option waffles

Rooms weren’t clean. Staff did not wear masks. Hypodermic needles found in another room.

Clean, comfortable

Blackout shade in living room area was broken. Front desk said the part was on order.

The room was spacious, clean and better than what we expected to find.

The outdoor seating space right next to the parking lot. But most hotels don't have much outdoor seating anyway.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind and went out of the way to make sure that we were comfortable.

No hot water the first night I arrived.
