La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lackawanna

Staff were rude. Waited 45 mins after check in for room to be cleaned and available. Blood on sheets. Loose/wobbly toilet. Lamp didn't work (yes it was plugged in).

The bed is hard, the hotel smells like strong chlorine the min you walk in, there was one bath towel and no bath mat to step on out of the shower. There is also a microwave and refrigerator but no hair dryer?!

Smelled, heard snoring from another room over, dog barking, doors slamming, air unit smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in years, cig burn on comforter.

It was 1/2 way between our destinations

The room was filthy. Bedding and towels were stained shower and sink were filthy. Staff didn't speak english

The room was clean. The price was good

The maid service was horrible. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and we only got service once. We had to go the front desk to get clean towels

Room was clean and bed was semi comfortable.

No hot water when we checked in and toilet was slightly coggled.

1. NO HOT WATER. 2. Mold on the air conditioner. 3. hairs of former guests on the bed. 4. Room smells bad. The worst hotel I have ever stayed. I won't go there again even though it was free!

Location

Everything. The rooms were dirty, both beds had hairs from previous guests, sheets and covers were stained profusely, not a single bottle of water in the room (but they have a coffee maker) the front desk was not very friendly and breakfast nonexistent.

Room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was lack luster.

The staff was polite and friendly

My room door was broken. It was unable to lock therefore anyone was able to just push the door open. Also, every time I purchase something from the lobby they kept charging my card $100 more. I didn?t realize till my bank locked my card because of fraud.

Cleanliness from the outside to inside of the room

Ask the front desk for two additional towels they refused said they didnt have anymore, like really

Breakfast was good!!

They said they had a pool n it was open and when we got there they said it was closed sorry for ur inconvenience!! When I asked she said oh it¿s closed I said I specifically wanted a pool it never said it wasn¿t opened! It was a lie just wanted to relax

Room was dirty, staff was rude and never at front desk just left the ¿be back in 15 minutes¿ sign up alllllllllllll night

I need an urgent resolution to the problems I have listed. When we reached this hotel the room was in pathetic shape , and infavt first we were told the hotel was overbooked. They gave us a room that had stained sheets, hair on the bed and bad smell.

The location was great! But the breakfast was poor and bad, the staff really rude. No pool open.

Towels were wet. Bath was not clean. Breakfast bar was empty all the time, the front desk person was in charge of refilling breakfast bar as well who single-handedly could not manage both.

Front Desk, Benita or Bonita was very very Rude! We booked 5 Members (4 Adults and 1 Kid). She said she can not allow 5th person and she has to charge. More than her hotel policies, the way she was yelling at us is UNACCEPTABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

2 Queen Beds for 4 Members but only 2 Towels. Very rude customer service. Not Courteous towards customers who've paid lot of money to stay for one night. Have escalated with Wyndham CEO for the bad treatment we received from her. She should be Terminated

The large beds and room. It was cheaper than staying in downtown Buffalo but yet on a few miles away. It was quiet and the room was clean.

There were 3 people in our group and our reservations showed that we had 3 people. Yet we only had 2 sets on towels for the bathroom and both nights we stayed we had to go ask for more towels. Also the second night our door key had been deactivated

Pool out of order. No hand soap provided in the bathroom. Looked dusty in the common areas.

The hotel condition was awful, it was very dated, bathrooms not clean,,corners were not even clean properly, limited supplies, the pillow covers and sheets werent even fresh.

Everything other than reasonable breakfast but that was also in so limitied supply.
