Close drive to Mayo Clinic, close drive to stores, walking distance to restaurants. Excellent room, space, and setup for the value. Hotel employee was THE BEST.

Water pressure was terrible. They use a very strongly scented cleaning spray and when they cleaned the elevators, my daughter had an asthma attack. Hotel employee was very kind and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful! The full kitchen helped us save money by not having to eat out, and the breakfast had plenty of options. Every staff member I met was not only friendly, but very helpful. I was so appreciative of the free shuttle to my Mayo appointments. Tarrence was our driver for most of the trips, and he was amazing!! He made everyone feel comfortable, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and knew where we were going, and I saw him go out of his way to help people constantly. He was definitely a highlight!

This hotel canceled my reservation and have not refunded my card.

I arrived for check in and the gentleman at the front desk told me that they had someone that needed my room , they canceled my reservation but have not refunded my card. I can’t get anyone to help me, I’ve spent hours trying to get this resolved.

Front desk friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Mayo wonderful. Good hot breakfast. Room size very comfortable.

Place was clean, well organized. It had USB outlets, everything worked. Housecleaning was efficient, refreshed with new towels when requested. Breakfast was well stocked and food was actually fresh and good tasting. A very good stay for the money.

Breakfast was decent. The room was plenty big, probably due to being a handicap room.

Whoever made the bed needs retrained. It was horrible. The bed wasn't all that comfy either. The shower is level with the entire bathroom floor which leaves water everywhere. Might have been great for a handicap person, but I wouldn't stay there again

The hotel looks newly remodeled. Very clean. The pool and hot tub is a nice size and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. A lot of good healthy choices. That area was spotless as well. The staff is very friendly. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. They have a shuttle to get to Mayo Clinic and surrounding if staying for that.
