Staff was rude. My room was right next to a noisy street. AC was really loud and my kept me awake all night. The mattress was so soft it hurt my back. There was no hair dryer& when I asked for one, they were extremely rude & kept me waiting a long time. T

Close to where we were visiting Lots of pillows! Small run for my dog but OK

They allow dogs, they were close to where we needed to be, their bed was good, and the shower water wash hot, felt it was a safe place.

It took a long time for the air conditioner to start working and the bathroo needed a bit of repair. Anji and I both thought it would have been nice if there would have been a way to open the curtain for the light, without people being able to look in

It was close to my relative¿s home.

The sink stopper would not stay open. It stayed closed so the water couldn¿t drain.

The staff was competent and efficient but not overly friendly. Not rude just under whelmed with their job I suppose.

Super dirty, spotted a bug on the bed- reported it and quickly dismissed by staff. Black mold like spits on bathrom ceiling. Dirty towel. Big mistake staying there.

Bed mattress needs updated like right now. Can't remember last time we slept on a coil mattress that boing boinged when you turned over

the room was so nice and had a kitchenette. Love it. Cleaner than last Super8 I stayed in.

The staff was kind and polite. the bed was soooooo comfy!

The rooms need some maintenance or upgrades.

Desk & chairs for working on laptop or dining. Having a microwave and refrigerator for storing and cooking food.

Water in room did not work properly. No hot water, then later, no water at all.

Units for rent were not what was shown on the website. Dog run was completely inadaquate Had to take dog out to a nearby park for him to do his duty. Noisy location due to proximity to a busy main street

The location was convenient only because we were attending a wedding about a mile away. Otherwise, it's too far from Portland proper to be really convenient to that area.

The bed (king-sized) was terrible. Neither of us slept. My partner can fall asleep just about anywhere, but he was tossing and turning. For the second night we asked to move to a room with two beds, hoping that if we each had our own bed, the bed wouldn't bow so much in the middle (we're relatively small people, too). We both slept better the second night. We ended up cancelling the third day and leaving early for a different hotel. Both rooms we stayed in smelled like urine, strongly, once the cleaning chemical smell wore off. Would not recommend unless you're desperate. Staff did not make up for the awful accommodations with kindness or friendliness, either. I can say that thee was no sign of bed bugs, so at least there's that.

Bed was comfortable. Location was good for a jumping off place to visit various parts of Portland.

The room was clean but had a persistent smell. The dog run was not fenced properly and was surfaced with rocks which made pick difficult. The shower door leaked. Our room was a little run down. Booking rating was not accurate.
