Crater Lake Gateway - Hwy 140

This room was a delightful surprise! Completely remodeled. Clean. Had everything we needed.

Road noise. Not the fault of the facility.

I didn't stay there! The room was supposed to be a handicap accessible room. But the room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator. I'm in a wheelchair. The guy said he was booked and could not move the rooms around. So we left!

No signs saying it was the hotel. Looked round trying to find the office. Sgsin no sign. Plus the guy said he sent a email about the room number and combination for the door lock. I never go yjere again.

Location, cleanliness, management attitude

Close to a highway with loud trucks all night, with thin walls and windows, so the noise was bad for sleeping I had to put earplugs in my ears. Also the price of everything from gas to pretzels was 20% higher. It?s not a resort!

Staff are excellent. Room is beautiful, had everything needed. Very clean and remodeled.

Could use more pillows and ice machine.

The hotel room was lovely, no super loud AC or drafty room, just nice sheets, the cleanest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel, and a nice tv. We had good hot water and water pressure as well as additional blankets already placed in the room without being requested (so no trying to hunt them down!) which was good as we came to the hotel rather late. Staff were friendly, the store on site was nice and had a little bit of everything, and overall it was a great place to stay the night and have a nice shower before heading off.

I think we found a hairtie that was still in the trashcan but like, legitimately? No complaints of any substance.

Near Crater Lake. Not in town.

Walls are paper thin. Can hear every word, step and other things in other rooms. Highway noise is loud. Mold from water leaking above in bathroom ceiling and shower stall.

It was clean.

There were mosquitoes outside, and they went inside the room as we were coming in and out.

Our room was exactly as described. Very comfortable, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to have the store available for coffee, food supplies, etc.

We had a ground floor room and someone above us loudly walked the floor all night long, so we got little sleep.Next time I would try to reserve an upstairs room.

The room was very nice. Updated & very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Traffic noise due to the location. We were in room #8 & it would have been nice to have a screen on the bathroom window so we could open the window without letting bugs in. The AC unit was very loud.

Neat place, nice inside the room, bed felt fantastic. Check in was easy. Not a lot in the area to choose from but it was still good enough that I'd stay here again. We don't usually stay in Motels but the expectations were exceeded. Got in somewhat late and left pretty early the next day for Crater Lake. Just needed a place to sleep in our travels.

There isn't much they can do about it but the road noise was fairly loud from the cars/trucks going by, we still slept great though.

Very clean place. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable

The room was small, no place to sit and relax besides a straight back chair, no counter space in the bathroom.

The hotel was cute Had trouble getting into room. Typing code to get in seemed uncomfortable. We thought leaving the room we never would remember code

The room was very cold. Seems like the room never heated up. The bathroom never got warm.

Nice little place and feels like gramping and the room is clean only see one squashed mosquito on top of the celling to remind you we are in the woods. And the bathroom is nice and updated

Not much is nice and smallish, maybe just the road noise and the bed base that I keep kicking my shin at it ( totally my fault ) .

Good location

Very noisy all night and filled with a strong, unpleasant scent. I couldn’t rest well.

The location was good and bathroom was decent.

There were a ton of ants in the room and woke up with 6 dead ants in the bed from them crawling on us while we slept. Ed was way to firm , it was a memory foam mattress but was like sleeping on cement.

The room was clean, newly updated and had a very comfortable bed. I read some reviews that talked about concerns with the doors loving ability. The room has been updated so that in addition to a digital lock, the door has an additional lock.
