It was blood on my shower curtain and staff wouldn’t change rooms or shower curtain

The desk personnel were nice and did the best they could with what they had to work with.

Large population of unhoused staying on vouchers and many spent all day smoking right outside my room. My room reeked of tobacco and pot smell. No towels in room and my door lock batteries died while I was getting ice.… stranding me from my cat & purse

I booked 2 rooms. Neither one of the Tv's worked. One of the refrigerators wouldn't stay closed, one room was missing things such as the ice bucket, towels.

Grey sold towels, zero water pressure, unable to get water up to shower head. No volume control on television. Dirty floor. Dirty bathroom. Dirty air vents in bathroom, not cleaned in over a year. Photos are extremely deceiving. Not a towel without stains

Yes room had air buds i tried to talk to receptionist he said they can?t do anything.

Checkout

The bathroom was dirty, bathtub and toilet. No toilet paper, no vent grate in the bathroom or lampshade (they tried to charge us for these things at checkout when they weren't there at checkin) outlets didn't work. No flip lock on door

The customer service was lousy. It took me 5 hours to convince them I needed a different room than the one they originally gave me. The TV would not go off in the volume was so loud I had to go outside to make a phone call. And the sheets were nasty

Staff. Here it is 2 weeks after I checked out I still haven?t got my deposit back. Then I got disrespected after I called about my money after the expected time passed for deposit to be returned

We had no toilet paper in room. Had to go get some. Room was dirty.

At first the front desk lady wasnt that friendly she must of had a busy day but I was early to check in so had to come back and when i vame back was like 15min early and she made me wait till 3 to check me in and therre was nobody there but other staff.

Location is great and staff was overall friendly and rooms was clean sorry I wrote what I didn't like in the box that says what I did like so this is what I did like about my stay at redroof inn

The room was already reserved by a guest who was in the room when we checked in and went to the room there was a huge fight caused due to this complication

Room was occupied by another guest when we went to go into the room causing a huge fight

No fridge or microwave

The lady at the front desk when I checked in she was awesome and very helpful

The room wasn¿t clean there was Cobwebs in every corner and the floors was dirty my feet were black from walking on the floor and the ceiling was fallin the floor the bathtub was black from never being clean and the parking lot was falling apart

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful during our stay. Overall a pretty clean and decent room for the price.

The water pressure in the shower was low and needed more pressure to it and the air conditioner was very noisy and on the fritz.

Fairly clean room, location was fine.

Cleaning crew did not pay a visit after 1st nite's stay to either change linens or even make the bed.

Not TOO long of a ride to places, free hot water in the lobby, ice machine worked. Internet was great.

The peeled tape from the overhead walkway that looked terrible, and mixed with the cracking pillars were mildly terrifying. My room didn't have a coffee machine?! Staff badmouthing customers in the lobby. Pretty sure I got called an adulterer.

no fridge/ microwave, room was great, but i was on the end of the building near the trees, sounded like a million birds outside the door . not your fault, if i stay again, i¿ll make sure i¿m in the middle somewhere. lol
