Some extremely unprofessional staff, Regional Manager gets upset when guests bring his employees irresponsibility to management¿s attention. There was an ignorant balding guest/rude guests. Dirty dishes, pet dander, dirty shower curtain,

Nearly brand new hotel (opened in late September 2020). Great room set-up and comfortable.

Little soundproofing in the walls or hallway. Issue with TV - did not work and remote did not sync up with the TV either. Construction is going on next door (looks like a new apartment building) and begins early, around 7 am.

Room was very nice and loved that it had a kitchen.

Property was very clean, staff prompt and polite. Well maintained facility. Nice open seating area in lobby. Quiet rooms fully equipped with basics. Kitchenette with a full size refrigerator was a plus. Breakfast is your basic continental menu. Bed sleeps well and very comfy. I will definitely stay here again for my annual event

Overall great hotel, clean and comfortable room and large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located close to where our event was (Schottenstein Center). Parking available for a small fee.

There was a city event that would be blocking the most direct route to my destination in the morning. The staff figured out an alternate route for me.

very nice location to approach the OSU, nice room quiet and conformatable, and many options for food nearby, parking is plenty, breakfast is optional too exept plenty.

Location.. near restaurants, family, friends and easy to access freeway, OSU etc. Parking was easy, breakfast was decent, overall a good stay

They said they were going to clean rooms every other day but I had to get after them after the second day and they didn't even apologize.. we are paying for the service and they need to take that responsibility..

Air conditioning was too loud. I would have appreciated a quieter ventilation system. Breakfast wasn't great. Not too tasty, very limited choices, single-use paper plates.

The shower curtain was too short for the stall and the floor got very wet every shower.
