Absolutely nothing

The pool was shut down and had been for months. Yet no mention of that anywhere on website. Breakfast was awful and little to choose from. Also our smoke detector wasn’t properly working.

Location and the breakfast was pretty good . Limited selections but ok. Staff was friendly.

Not the hotels fault but DEFINETLY not 2 1/2 stars. This should be and is a 2 star property.

The breakfast was not good. There was not enough fruit, bread, bagels and yogurt.

Our toilet was clogged we called down to the front desk they handed us a plumber for us to fix it ourselves

A little run down for a Holiday Inn express. eg. Shower did not work Sink would not hold water, but good hot water, Some peripheral damage like wall paper paint issues. I did see they were doing a makeover in rooms and updating the pillars at entrance.

Yes.and it's the fact that I had to put a hundred dollar deposit down on the room and I still haven't gotten the money back, and it's been a month smh...

Location

Dirty. Hallways looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in a long time. Elevator was also dirty. Shower needed to be re-chalked (mold). Didn¿t appear to be at Holiday Inn caliber.

The location was good and staff was helpful.

The very reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and the heater was broken and it was unbearably cold. It was so cold that my daughter couldn't stay in for more than 5 minutes. Even outside the pool in the room was freezing. My daughter was so upset!

Bigger room than TRU across the street. For the discounted price, it is not bad.

Breakfast was always the same and containers always empty. Do not count on breakfast.

The location

No soap in bathroom my room smelt like an ash tray and the elevator didn¿t work and staff was rude to us after breakfast started taking food as we were getting it.

The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating, explained the breakfast area, quietest rooms and smelled so refreshing . The room had the best beds and pillows I was pleased at the cost, cleanliness and friendliness.

If anything maybe the outside entrance needed to be cleaned and more presentable and maybe ditch some of the plastic flowers around the lobby area .

Good linens/towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking, good location.

Room not super clean, housekeeping never cleaned or changed sheets (11 night stay). Breakfast was not always available if staff didn¿t come in that day. In a fairly empty hotel, kept putting people right next to me/adjoining room that were loud.

Location is great, and the breakfast is ok.

The cleanness of the hotel is not the best on the inside and outside. They could use an update on carpets and curtains.

Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds, good linens. Easy to park. Safe location, easy to get to freeway and stores.

Loud train horns. Breakfast not always available, depends on if staff shows up and no warning to guests. In an almost empty hotel, loud guests were placed right next to my room 3 times. Got stuck in the elevator.

The hotel staff was very kind and everything in the room met expectations.

The room smelled overly of cleaning products. A good sign that it must have been cleaned but it was a bit strong of a smell when walking in. Also, the hotel breakfast was not very appetizing and takes away from the perk of having the option.
