It’s clean, staff are friendly, it’s not one of those sketchy motels. I felt very safe being here alone as a crippled female.

It’s really hard to get ahold of someone for the front desk after a certain time. I personally never had issues but I watched people with keys that didn’t not be able to even get ahold of someone for a new one.

The tubs are stuck in the shower mode, the grass outside is filled with fecal matter from pets, the grass outside is tall enough to get a fine from the city, the baggage trolley has flat wheels, and the smoke alarm goes off from taking a shower.

The intake clerk was good, the service person was very good, he repaired the tv!

The hotel manager was not efficient at her job, she was most ineffective of all, if a person is late checking out there should be a more respectful way of handling the situation, than throwing their belongings in a bag!!!

Late check in took a long time because I had to use the lobby phone to call a customer service rep who then had to call an employee to the front desk. Also, the halls and elevator smelled strange.

Nothing bad about this place, did not see any bugs, beds are clean. And it's close to the job site.

I wish the had a softer chair to sit in while doing computer work, e-mails.

Channel selection was scarce!! Only have 8 channels to choose from.No sports!!!

Well i loved getting robbed took played manipulated We paid for the room online.An event and got there and was informed.There was a hundred and fifty dollars deposit and you had to have a major credit card in order to get the room we lost our money

Location and facility

Location says non smoking but still could smell in our room like smokers is either in the hallway or in their r room, founded smokers at door entrance all the time should have been 15 feet, kids kept running in the room above us even late hours.

I got to the hotel at approximately 4p.m and my room was not ready. The hotel finally called me around 5p-6p saying my room was ready. It was a major inconvenience

The daytime desk attendant is a gem, she looks to help guests where she can.

Our first room had issues with lock and television. Room changed and it smelled like old shrimp. The double beds were small. No hand towels, only two towels/cloths given despite room for three, no shampoo, and only one bar of soap.

The only thing I liked was checking out to leave!

When I arrived I was charged deposit fees and for my service animal.The room did not have a full kitchen.I didn't get my full deposit back and nothing was wrong with the room.

The room had trash in the can from previous guests and a razor in the shower leftover.

People banging on the walls at 6 pm telling us to quiet down while we were literally just laughing. Gang members and drug dealers on the corner past 9. A crazy lady with her dog that is out of control and poops everywhere. Terrible place to stay.

Room was very dirty, bed squeaked every time I moved, no remote for the tv so I had to get up to change channels.

they give you a cot to sleep on with no pillows and 1 towel for 2 nights no drink cups in the bathroom no hand towels ask at the front desk all are on back order what a joke drug use in the parking lot dont stay there

The staff was very friendly

It was horrible. The bed was a cot, tv didn¿t work, overall bad experience. Would never stay there again and got out by 7am as fast as I could. Wish I could get a refund
