Location of hotel was quiet.The hotel room was clean.The hotel provided breakfast in the lobby a plus.

Bathroom was small.Didn't like the soaps and bathroom tub was rusty .Room could had at least 4 washcloths Bathroom only had two washcloths.The leather on the chair in the room was torn need to be replaced.

Rooms were good

Break Fast, had same options everyday, no assistance available, Limited options for breakfast

The location

There were cobwebs on my room. The elevator was missing the boarder on the inside. The breakfast was horrible.

It was clean. I was impressed.

Nope. Our initial room, the air condition cover wasn’t on. Immediately, we told the staff at the front desk and she changed our room right away. So, no issue. The lady was super nice.

Pool

They didn?t have enough towels in pool area and when asked for more the said they already put in towels they was putting in today which I didn?t understand

It appears to have been built in the last 25 years, it has a workout room and pool, and it was reasonably clean.

The hotel is on a driveway with an extended stay, neither has a sign on the exterior of the building, so have fun guessing which one is the Comfort Inn. More PII required than other hotels, would not take a federal ID, wanted state ID with address. Shady.

The staff was amazing. She was so nice, helpful, and accommodating during our entire stay. She answered our questions with ease and was so professional and courteous. The Church service on Sunday morning was a bonus.

The hotel was still under renovation so I didn't get a "full" experience but what we did experience was good.

Broken shower, dirty shower.?had to switch rooms late at night. Cold at night. Customer service was not ideal. Terrible experience.

When you take a shower in the bathroom, water leaks onto the floor outside, and the bedroom floor is wooden and sticky. the breakfast area is the same.

The maintenance need a lot of work carpet and the molding was really bad. The bathroom had to much rust in there mad the tub look really dirty know towels.

The receptionist was phenomenal she was very respectful kind and kept her professionalism even after dealing with a tough customer. She was amazing.

The rating is only based on the room. The mattress and the sofa had blood stains. The balcony door did not open and the room had a very old stench.

Easy to get to

There was only 1 working elevator. The tub would mot mot stop running

Most Of the staff were friendly and accommodating other than the young lady during checkout. Didn?t say good morning or how was your stay it was, are you checking out and that was it. I informed her that someone on our floor was smoking weed and she said

I understand the hotel was going through some renovations, but just a lot of dirt in corners of the hotel room and bathroom. And It had a weird smell to it.

The hotel sits in a good location

My car and about 15 or more other cars had the front side window smashed in and the car rummaged through. There was nothing valuable in my car and nothing was taken that I noticed. Had to have the window replaced by Safelite. No refund from the hotel.

I have stayed here twice at least a week long stay. I like that it is fairly decent and location was good for where I needed to be.

My experience was not as pleasant as my last visit. For whatever reason I had to keep repeating requests. The communication is just not what it should?ve been. The staff is friendly. However, better communication needed.

The room was terrible! Renovations in progress, toxic paint smell in hallways, everything in room was old, paint peeling, areas with cracked plaster. So bad we checked the sheets for bed bugs. No coffee at breakfast attendant was sitting playing on phone
