Best Western Plus The Woodlands

We arrived late, and a young men, the receptionist welcomed us warmly. We requested a quiet room on the opposite side from highway, and he was able toaccommodate us. Good standard bed and breakfast, we had no issues.

Mildly musty smell of the hotel the only thing we didn't like.

The overall presentation was excellent. I could tell the hotel staff put in a lot of attention to detail. My room was super clean and the bed was super comfy. The hotel was easy to find as was my room.

Not really actually, it exceeded my expectations.

Coffee was horrible, both in the room and in the dining room! Breakfast was mediocre, oatmeal was not cooked, omelets were ok.

I love the location. It is close to the beach , close to restaurants and bars. I have heard that there will soon be a restaurant and store on site

As always check out is to early.

the a/c in my room did not cool and I called the front desk to inform agent and she never call me back or sent a tech to address the wrong she work the over night shift I called her @ 4:05 am

It was roomy and comfortable and I always like an included hot breakfast. Location for excellent for The Woodlands.

Close for us to travel to a baseball tournament. Room was super big, and that the bed was fairly comfortable

There was someone's dirty sock on the floor over by the chair in the room, so obviously the room was not vacuumed because they surely would have seen it.

The staff was great. The room was clean and convenient to my purposes in Houston

The phone did not work, and the HVAC sounded like a car starting every time that it turned on.

Good bed, nice breakfast, Room was large, although outdated with no USB charging ports and limited outlets.

The pool was "closed for maintenance" the day we arrived and we were told it would open the following morning. It never opened.

Hotel was very clean but the manager was initially very rude. I asked for more towel because we had just gotten off the plane and needed more towel for the next day. she proceeded to ask me why, and also tried to put me out the hotel because I ? H

Management the African young lady n new hire were very polite and accommodating also the hot water turned cold quickly and our iron was broken

Conveniently located. Nice breakfast and clean eating area.

"You get what you paid". TV setting was analog, pictures were fuzzy, and images were squished. Anti-slip strip in bathtub shower coming apart, needs to be replaced. Very noisy AC unit. Only (1) ice maker machine available and it is on the 1st floor.

It was convenient.

Poor staff, not professional. Vehicles were broken into over night.

One bed was not well done but dealt with it.

Clean, quiet, felt safe, easy access/right off highway, near food & gas. Well-lit & check-in was a breeze. The BED! It was like sleeping on a pillow. Nice water pressure in shower; delish breakfast w/plenty of selections. I'd def stay here again.

Other than a few footsteps above my head in the morning, which is expected in a slightly-older yet well-maintained bldg; I can only suggest slip-proof strips at the back of the tub where there is an incline of the floor.

It was in a great location and the room was very clean. Staff was very good.
