I had a fridge and an ok bed… that’s it.
The location, and leaving.
It was quiet except for that one time false fire alarm that was very loud The other good thing it was close to everything I wanted to see

Blood on the curtain on the window or some other substance, I got sick and left early, the floor was unclean, the shower had constant Lukewarm water, the kitchen area looked so unclean and full of grease dots on the light fixture, the lights barely worked
Broken fridge- 3 days to get a new one, frozen ac in a heat wave- they showed no care/concern to help fix it. Broken elevator so we had to get a room 1/2 the size I had reserved, because of this, I was only entitled to 2 towels for 3 people for a week.
