Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Airport East

The staff were kind and professional. We arrived at the hotel in the midnight due to flight delays. The staff helped to extend the charge out time so we can have a couple more hours sleep. The hotel was very clean and stylish. I will come back again.

The shower was a bit weak, everything else was great.

Location and DEFINITELY the staff/customer service. Everyone we worked with (night and morning desk clerks) went out of their way to be both friendly and accommodating.

Proximity to Austin Bergstrom airport (AUS), a decent coffee machine in the lobby that made each cup fresh 24 hrs/day

The power in my room didn't work, they let me use another room to get ready then the cleaning crew stole my travel bag with perfume and hair tool. Told front desk problem was not resolved.

It was clean; smelled nice, location was quiet, nearby service station was helpful; will come back.

Had to leave before breakfast on weekend. The location was near the airport and free shuttle service and 24/7 desk service was a bonus. The room was very clean and the personal greeting on tv screen was a warm welcome. The staff always were helpful and willing to make the stay comfortable.

I know it sounds silly, but the tv remote was not easy to use. It would be nice to have regular buttons on it.

They advertise a 24 hr shuttle service to the airport, I requested that service in the morning to give us enough time during holiday travel to allot for lines ar security. The shuttle was 20 min late getting us. We almost missed our plane. Very disappointed

We appreciated the thoughtful touches (cookies, all day coffee, wireless chargers in the lobby) in addition to the advertised amenities such as breakfast, room updates and great proximity to the airport.

Breakfast was good just need a hour extension and person at desk told me no with no exceptions

I alerted your property in advance of my late night check in status. This was prompted by an email from you all. I called on Monday to make sure what the shuttle situation was, given my evening flight. When I landed thursday, I called for the shuttle, was assured it would be 5 minutes, and where to go for pick up. I stood out there for over thirty minutes, alone, at night, SAW THE SHUTTLE SPEED BY ME WITHOUT STOPPING, and was “assured” at every follow up call that it would be five minutes. It wasn’t. I was hung up on, tired, hot, I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and wow, was better off walking. There was no traffic. The hotel is indeed five minutes away, so idk what was going on and I don’t care. 10 minutes is fine, but 30?! At 11:30pm? Ridiculous! Disappointing. Thx.
