Location is great, as well as the value.staff was very helpful. This will be my place.to stay when in town.

The balcony was small dirty with dead bugs all over not a piece of furniture the bathroom was small dirty and not nice looking overnight/early morning staff rude

The lobby was very modern. The rooms were decent and shower was nice.

The hotel was nice. Didn't see the restaurant times or options Floors needed to be mopped

My biggest issue with this property was the amount I was charged for phone calls. I had a $87.00 dollar charge on my room bill for phone calls which is a ridiculous amount. None were long distance, I contacted the hotel but they wouldn't help!

The location. It is in an office park. Well landscaped and quiet. Close to many restaurants and stores. There was no additional charge for parking.

The complex is very dated! I was placed in a handicapped room and toilet was clogged after minimal use. Expect this happens frequently. Room sliding door was scratched up. parking lot dirty, trash cans overflowing, hallways dark, not avg Marriott Standard

Very calming atmosphere with comfortable beds. Staff is always friendly. My favorite hotel.

They had security and the location was great .

The front desk never answer the phone. The room was still at rose petals from people before us. Pool was disgusting had to ask multiple times for it to be cleaned. Housekeeping gave me an face towel out of a room they was about to clean.

We registered for 3 people because our son was traveling with us. When he opened his pull out bed, some candy and a toy was in the bed with some crumbs. Also, there was no comforter for him only sheets, but it worked out. Would have liked a blanket.

Nestled in a perfectly quiet spot in the middle of a corporate business complex. Clean, quiet, comfortable, restaurants within walking distance. Location to area malls and expressways perfect.

Unfortunately the facility's bar and snack shops still closed but this is a great spot for a business traveler.

The staff was nice

The room wasn’t clean. The bath had been used, there was a hair that obviously wasn’t mine on the bathroom sink counter and there was a bug by the toilet. I took pictures

The gentleman who checked us in on Saturday was so kind and his customer service was excellent. The room was so clean. I was very happy with my stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that due to Covid I was unable to utilize amenities but I applaud the hotel for their safety concerns during this time.

My room in which I reserved 2 weeks prior was not clean well at all. The fridge was dirty on the inside and appeared to have mold developing. The furniture was dusty and old. There was a big red stain in the carpet. T.v didn't work.

Location to shopping. Highway. About 15 mins to the Brookfield zoo. Located right next to tons of shopping

No where on their website did it mention their evening bar and food service was going to be out of order do to the season being slow. We had planned on having some drinks and food in but instead we had to leave

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always nice and friendly. Our room was clean however there was a few strands of hair in the tub and floor but I'm sure that it was from the maids working hard.
