- key cards had to be replaced over 6 times - staff unfriendly/unprofessional
- Was listed as a 3 star hotel. Would say it is a 2.5 at best but closer to a 2 star
- Very noisy. Walls paper thin. People walking around upstairs sounded like a jackhammer. Huge gaps under front door meant every sound from hallway was audible. Water pipes making loud noises when in use in other rooms. Didn't sleep all night.
