location

The first room was on the street side. The sliding glass door would not fully close. The toilet ran constantly, Mold in the tub & drain was broken. The second room had less mold in the tub. Walls were damaged. Breakfast was poor. Not even a 2-star.

It was a decent location. Close proximity to stores, restaurants, surrounding shopping center.

The hotel is very old and outdated. The building has only one elevator. The pool is closed, the bathroom is tiny, the sofabed mattress was stained and worn. The carpet is stained. The AC doesn't work in the hallways.

One bed had no bedding,ran out of shampoo had to use bar soap, was locked out of my room told i had pay extra when i had payed for 3 night stay zero communication was locked out of my room twice and marked as no show i called to report my late arrival.

Walls are thin and guests in the next room kept TV on high volume to play PC games and were very loud. Not a family friendly hotel.

They said they had a pool online I went there and it wasn’t my daughter birthday was ruined

TV antenna not working, elevator not working

No pool, no meat at breakfast room keys had to be reactive daily, TV reception was very poor on a number of cannels and poor Wi-Fi connection

It's conveniently located near shopping and groceries.

Having to get the key card reactivated every day each time I left to get back in my room.

Very clean. Had all the basics.

Great location, easy to get in and out

Constant issues with the door key, was told they are aware but can’t afford to upgrade, would not let me check in 1 hour prior to 3pm stated that I had to pay then proceeded to give a room that was smoked in

Staff was wonderful checking us in. My husband was not feeling well and they gave us a room close to the desk so I could get him settled quickly. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was hot and the area was very clean.

The pool was closed as of being so warm there should’ve been a discount for the lack of pool!

All of the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The sliding door opened! There was no screen and sometimes the traffic was too loud, but I loved being able to have the door open a bit.

Everything did not work. The pool was empty and everything was closed off.

The separation of rooms

I was lied to when I booked the room cause I was looking for a stay with the pool. I did not find out the pool was out til upon I arrived so my kids were grumpy and I was upset and had to buy another room at another hotel while staying there.

Location and room size, a separate living room was nice.

No pool, it was empty. No sauna ever again? It was sharpied out in the elevator. Common areas roped off like Lounge and rest of lobby. Elevator BROKE second day. Keys continually quit working. Inspection tags in stairwell expired. Staff friendly.
