The room

The staff wasn't pleasant. They changed policies of pool closing from 10 pm to 7 pm. Breakfast times change and even tho I extended my stay I had to do a whole different reservation and pay the deposit twice. I will not stay again

Bugs in bed. Toilet didn't flush. Room was nasty. Front desk would not accommodate

It?s location, and the bed was comfortable.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and some sticky substance on the bathroom floor.

The view and how the house keeping didn?t speak English

It had a restaurant and bar. The hotel was quiet and in a safe area

The housekeeping staff did not clean the room or take out the trash. The hotel staff offered free breakfast due to my room not being clean and not getting new towels, however the breakfast was horrible.I had to ask for clean towels every day.

Location

The hotel was dirty. Repairs weren?t made.? they just put bandage on them. Look at the lights .?. Putty all over!

The rooms are nice and modern

The lack of care for the maintenance of the bathroom. If you wanna have a quiet rest, DO NOT stay here. There?s a bar Louie restaurant attached to the hotel, and they have parties on the weekends and loud. You?ll regret it. Weed smell everywhere.

Seriously nothing!

Must smell throughout, black mold in two different spots on the walls, a bloody wash cloth under the beds while checking for bed bugs, bathroom was filthy, trash in the hallways, random people walking through the hotel because exterior doors don't lock.

Hotel was close the event location we were attending. The complementary breakfast was very good.

Noise in the hallway and room next door during the night (but this is beyond the control of the hotel--still was annoying.)

It was near a lot of restaurants and stores. It was pretty clean from what I could see

It was ran down. I didn't even have a No disturb Sing for my door until the last night. The elevator doors wouldn't light up half the time. The decor needed updated or fix. IT seemed very outdated.

Worst experience. No cleanliness and elevator don?t work most of the time. Parking is very limited. Didn?t even do house keeping.

The Bar Louie

The fire alarm went off twice while showering and the microwave lost power somehow and I didn?t bother to call the front desk. My pizza was good but cold. Just bs inconveniences. I would have to get a really good deal to return again.

Nothing!

It is under construction. The place is filthy. My toilet ran all night and the floor was flooded. No one was there to talk to. I got a to go order, and there was an 18% forced gratuity. Horrible place!!!

The hotel was filthy and we saw a cockroach. I would never recommend this place. I'm also disappointed in the compensation. 20% off a next hotel stay is ridiculous! Where there's one cockroach, there's a 100! I would hope you remove this hotel!

THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE...

HALLWAYS WERE FILTHY, WHEN I ARRIVED IN THE ROOM THE FIRE ALARM HAD A BAG TIED OVER IT WHICH TELLS ME THE FOLKS BEFORE ME WERE SMOKERS. THE IN ROOM PHONE DIDNT WORK, WHEN I WENT DOWN TO TELL THE FRONT DESK THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT THE BAG OR THE PHONE!

Only thing i liked is the location

The room was dirty, the phone in room didn¿t work. I had to keep going downstairs to the front desk. Overall this hotel is trash and out dated

It was clean and so were the halls and elevator.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke which set my asthma off. I tried to take a bath and the tub stopper did not work! The curtains did not close so the bright parking lot lamp lit up the room all night.

We¿ve stayed here 5 times based on location. Will not stay again. Dirty hotel falling apart.

Location

The room was not getting cleaned everyday. I had stayed there for 4 nights and even after repeated requests/complaints the room was not getting cleaned. Also there were flies and mosquitoes inside one of the rooms in which I was checked in earlier.
