- Location and clean rooms
- It has been updated and staying there is an excellent experience in every aspect. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating! They’re always able to give us a room on first floor near an entrance, making it so easy to take my two dogs and out.

- Entry has weeds and flower beds overgrown. Not a good first impression. Rooms are good and breakfast area clean and food good.
- The room was newly renovated, and the workmanship was poor; bathroom calking was slopped all over the place, the HVAC unit had gaps to the outside, HVAC had to be set on 64 to keep it running.
- The coffee served with breakfast was awful otherwise the breakfast was OK.

Unfriendly staff, no welcoming incoming guest dirty linen, musty carpet in the room Poorly maintained pet smell in the rooms, noticiable pet urine smell thru out the entire place.
Approached the hotel staff about the issues 3 times specially in my room nothing was done except that they will pass it on to management. No refund or adjustment offered. Staff was aware of my concerns. I cleaned the problem in the room up.

The room was half clean. Very outdated, toilet was unstable and the seat lid was broken. Floor is dirty and Dustin hair in the corners of the room. Definitely not the star rating and the cleanliness rating did I saw for this hotel.
Comfy room, friendly staff nice breakfast.
So pleasant. They had cafe in there that served you a full breakfast plus at dinner they opened up. Had a full bar and a menu. Wonderful
