Clean. Great breakfast! Friendly staff.

We were on the 2nd floor, the upstairs people were a little loud - not hotels fault.

It was on the water

Management stated they were overbooked and we might not get a room, even tho I booked weeks in advance.

Staff was friendly.

Breakfast had day old bread and not a good Varity, bed was very old and not mattress was out of shape, no hot water one full day!!

Spoke with Asst Manager regarding need for walk-in shower as I am in a wheelchair & unable to climb into tub. Arrived to find our room had a tub and not enough room for my wheelchair to pass between dresser and bed in order to access bathroom

Staff was polite.

Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged junk food. nothing hot or editable. Rooms are Old and cramped. Bathroom is the size of a camper bath room. Not a good experience in anyway.

It running a scam to charge for smoking even if you never smoked in my life. I am a doctor how travels to the hotel area to help and serve their community patients and I hate the smell of cigarettes and vaps and only stay in smoke-free rooms. Will update.

Location is excellent. Can't beat the view, looks right at the water.

Advertisement said breakfast and WiFi and wasn't true. Could feel springs in bed they need to be replaced worse than army bunk

Great location port Orchard

They advertise that they have WiFi but it dont work and they advertise breakfast but they really don't just coffee & candy bars. plus beds are worn out the springs in your back so don't get room 113 has two twin beds & both suck worse than army bunk

This is our fourth stay at this hotel. We've spent about a week each time. We like the location, view and surrounding area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and beds and pillows comfortable.

Disappointed that the full breakfast has been discontinued and only grab and go options were available.

Friendly staff. Older hotel with very firm bed.

It was a good place to stay. It is certainly not a 5 star hotel, but seemed safe and quiet. Excellent staff.

The front desk staff was helpful, informative and efficient

Granola bars does not constitute breakfast. Fresh fruit or boxes of cereal would be a good addition. The coffee was cold but the hot water was hot for tea

The bathroom was tight. It was hard to close the door. Almost had to step into the shower to be out of the way of the door.
