Great price. Clean comfy room & bed.

The Roku smart TV didn't have any of the 20 apps working. We were finally able to get something on using the TV app, just local channels I guess.

This place is like a prison with a bitchy shyco front desk lady that must not sleep but sleep ont of their hi security cameras!! I have never!!! Paid so much money to be miserable!! She and any personal barg I mean barg in your door anytime they want!! No

The room was clean.

The night staff at the hotel was not friendly. The traffic around the hotel sounded like they were driving in my room, it was very loud all night.

Good location for a fair price. 20 minutes from Dallas. The property felt safe.

They need to put more or larger pillows in the rooms. There was also a slight odor in coming from the air conditioning conditioner. The odor went away pretty quickly.

Everything was new as they just remodeled.

Location was a bit tricky. The door did not feel like it closed all the way. Questioned security.

Fresh and clean. Excellent bed. Very utilitarian, no frills.

Not enough sound deadener. Right next to one of the busiest freeways in Dallas and very noisy. One coffee cup and one coffee bag in room. Hair dryer did not work.

The staff is extremely rude and totally unprofessional. I am reporting this inn to corporate management. Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness.

It was so much cigarette smoke in there room I was only there a hour had asthma attack had go to emergency room lost money I couldn't afford loosing in that disappointment of a room

Nothing, it was mosquito infested the TV didn't work the refrigerator was nasty and it didn't work the microwave was disgusting. Full of prostitutes and the door safety was not good or secured at all people outside yelling and fighting I'm still itching

disappointed

I stayed and after i checked out i left my headphones in the room & i know for a fact i left them in there & the main that cleaned my room stole them & when i came back trying to reclaim my items the owner or manager on duty was lying , and covering for their employee that stole my $200+ headphones

I will never go there...
