Nice TV and location

Guest visibly high on opiates at check-in. Loud altercation outside my room at 9:30 p.m.—man hit woman and threatened further violence. Another hallway disturbance at 3 a.m. with yelling and thumping. Third fight at 9 a.m. between two men outside my door.

Hotel website says "free breakfast of eggs, bacon, waffles, and more." There were never any eggs or bacon. They had frozen waffles, frozen breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and bagels. Sofa in room reeked of marijuana.

Extra deposit required at ck in. Breakfast was limited. Homeless looking people everywhere. Felt unsafe there.

YES. The repair and refurbishing of the room was VERY BELOW standard. Wall coverings were pulling away from the wall, tiles and baseboard were pulled away from the wall, the bathroom ceiling had mold, and there was a hole in the bed linens. I have photos.

I liked nothing about hotel. It was dirty. Smelled bad. Homeless inside and out side of hotel. Crack heads doing drugs all around hotel. Horrible and un safe.

The toilet ran all night, and the room AC didn?t work well. The staff was unprofessional, with an associate complaining loudly about a patron.

This location needs some serious renovations. It is old and in need of repair/ updates. The first room I was assigned the door's deadbolt did not work.

The room had old furniture that was worn and had burn marks all over. The window was filthy. You cannot see through it, and the AC unit was held together with duck tape carpet was old. And the bathroom had a water leak with very little water pressure

AC unit in room was not working, not very clean rooms look old and dirty hot tub and pool not working

Parking lot LOADED with homeless people and i had to pay $10 per day for parking to endure THAT NONSENSE

Room was dirty, bug on the bed, did not offer hot breakfast, staff was rude.
