- Keurig machine in the room would have been nice.
- The staff was horrible and I will be contacting your team to file complaints
- Checkin process 1. Room was not ready until after 5pm yet they charge you extra to 35 dollars to check in 1 hrs earlier. 2. Check in staff very rude tell us no smoking people dogs or smoking other substances I find this very OFFENSIVE
