New local family owned hotel. 1 mile from Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn Race Track, and Down Town Hot Springs. Traditionally decorated rooms are equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV and wireless internet. Local restaurants are available offsite for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No onsite food services presently. Lotus by Hotel Inn is a short distance to Magic Springs, Oaklawn Casino, Spring Water, local bike and hiking trails. We have a Alligator farm & Petting Zoo, Escape Rooms, Gangster Museum, and lots of family friendly activities. Live horse racing season is December to May every year.

- Its location to where we were going.
- It was conveniently located and the management was friendly. Overall we had a good stay.
- How cheap it was
Cons -
- It didn?t look the same as online! The pool was drained, the bathtub in the room was cracked and nasty, the beds were stained and uncomfortable and it was just horrible. Never again!
- There was only a stand for the TV, no table or chair to sit on. Ants along the floor, around the refrig and in my bed.
- Ice machine out of order
