Comfort Inn & Suites Hot Springs Midtown

That you go swimming anytime want without being on schedule like other hi hotels. Love the hot water dont run out.the beds were comfty.

For the price wish had better breakfast.

The smell in the room was awful. Old and moldy I had to go to Walgreens and get some spray to try to combat the stale air and smell. All the carpet needs to be removed. The bathtub needs replacing. The hotel needs an upgrade. Not good value for the price

Location and Staff

Due to COVID limited breakfast, but you have to follow guidelines which is understandable. Your breakfast is always something to look forward to when staying there.

Staff very nice and the hotel very clean. A very good breakfast that was continuously restocked.

Hotel had a great location for what we were in town to do, great price, and great proximity to several restaurants. The free continental breakfast was definitely a plus.

Convenience to the Bank of Ozarks and Arena and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the room was excellent!

This hotel was great...will be staying there, if available, when I travel to Hot Springs.

The floor of the bathtub in our room wasn't supported well underneath and would give. It didn't cause any problems for us but it might cause someone to fall if they're not prepared for it.

Excellent location right off the highway. Very close to nice restaurants. Nice comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

The room was very clean, the king size bed was very comfortable and got an excellent nights sleep. The breakfast was great better than other hotels I have been to. The pool was clean. It is conveniently located and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast and the indoor pool. Location, location. Close to where we wanted to go. Great restaurant within walking distance.

Clean, spacious rooms and very nice breakfast. Good location, easily accessible to downtown with café directly in front to walk for dinner. Plenty of bath towels.

We had a slow drain in the tub the first night and I did have to remind the front desk about it but it was taken care of immediately.

The hotel was a lot cleaner and more updated than expected. Staff was friendly and well versed about the local food and area attractions. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked.

So minor, but weird...every morning there was a small cricket in the bathroom. We would kill it and then another one would show up next morning. Every day for 5 days. Hotel was very clean though, so not sure where it was coming from.
