The Air conditioning condensation vent line dumps down to the floor, flooding the area where Injad sat my bags. Check-in was a bit frustrating as the staff could not locate my reservation. A request for two beds was not fulfilled. Bell staff was so-so.

Great beach, green grounds with lots of birds. If you like golf they have a great space for that.

A bit outdated design (seems like this hotel had lost its glory a few years ago), the shower head wasn¿t working the best. The breakfast was a bit confusing (it said one thing on the menu and we got another thing on the plate). The pina colada was great!

The location!

The beach area needs to be cleaned better, and often. I found several broken glass bottles, or pieces of them. The green areas need a significant amount of maintenance. Some of the hotel towels were old (with holes and frayed on the edges).

Additional activities included per day (kayak, bicycle, mini golf)

Staff never mentioned additional activities when we arrived, we knew about them a day before leaving

Had a great stay at Loreto Bay! The location is beautiful and the hotel installations and staff are great.

The location was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff was delightful. The restaurant food was good. The chef did a great job grilling the fish we had caught earlier and plating a meal for us.

This hotel has the bones to be a beautiful resort, but it was very dated and lacked energy. It was very quiet except for afternoons when people were eating outside at the restaurant. The pool area was uninviting. The jacuzzi was never hot… just luke warm. The fitness center was a tiny room with old machines.

While the bedding and towels were clean, they showed signs of age, including old stains and wear.

The location on the bay is very nice and close to a huge rock where snorkeling you can see many different types of fish. Bed was quite comfortable . Ac worked great

We were here two years ago in October, had a great time. The property is in need of repairs. The elevator did not work and looked like it hadn’t in a long time .One server was put out by having to work. No salsa of any kind for breakfast. Supposedly “natural orange juice “85 pesos, was terribly watered down. This time of year many mosquitos I got eaten alive using OFF.They made a small mistake on a breakfast order and it took at least 12 minutes to fix. Other plate stone cold by the time 2nd breakfast arrived ( only 5 people in restaurant). There is a coffee machine in room, but after 1st day, no water. They sell water in restaurant 40 pesos for small bottle.
