Pros +

Great location and friendly professional staff plus a comfortable bed with 24 hour front desk and security.plus a safe and a tv with great cable package
First off, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I interacted with them many times. This hotel is in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach, to 5ta Avenida, to Palacio Municipal(which has a great outdoor market in front).

Cons -

Need a mini fridge
I've stayed in two rooms. Lower-numbered rooms are quieter. Rooms 18, 19, 20, and 21 are next to a busy intersection with motorcycles and music. It would be good to have triple-paned noise-blocking windows for those rooms.
