Clean. Bed was good.

No place to sit. Couch was horrid. Chairs were horrid. Bed was good in bedroom. No water for two days

Location quiet nice staff

It's in the perfect position for the sea and the town centre. The staff were friendly and professional, and there was always someone at reception. The room was clean and fresh. The staff cleaned it every day.

The breakfast was very poor. The bar on the top floor was closed. There was no insulation. You could hear the neighbours upstairs and next door, as well as the guys playing football every night until 11.30pm. There was only one water supply on the ground floor.

The hotel staff were so lovely & helpful. The views from the roof top were awesome. The Family Suite that we stayed in was pretty good. Fab cafe next door & Mexican restaurant diagonally across. Very near the main tourist stuff/beach. Good value for money.

Intermittent WiFi, very basic breakfast, noises outside the Family Suite we stayed in ie cockerel, dog barking, people chatting late & late use of multi use games area. If you want to cater for yourself - very limited kitchen equipment

I loved that the hotel was in a central location close to the grocery stores, the beach, my friends and 5th avenue

There was nothing I did not like.

Super location, super suite, super hotel, super wifi, super staff.

Small quiet hotel, apartment with two spacious clean rooms, plus balcony. Kitchen well equipped. Smart TV. Breakfast brought to the room is very basic, but still well appreciated. Small swimming pool on the roof. Even a little library. Location is good, few steps to 5th Avenue

Bathroom could be better cleaned, overall appartment and furniture are a bit dated. Beaches are 15 - 20min walking, but we found water murky and smelly. We choose to avoid swimming all together

Close to the areas we wanted to visit. Walking distance to 5th and the beach at Playa 72. Rooftop area was nice to chill.

Nice rooftop area at the building a few blocks off 5th Avenue. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is very basic, but it is great to have a kitchen in the room. The hotel is very clean and everything works. The wifi is great and individual for each room, the rooftop and the lobby.

Basically, some eggs to accompany breakfast would have been nice, but it was still satisfactory.

The value for money you get here is simply unbeatable. The room was clean and large enough for 2 people to feel comfortable in. The A/C worked perfectly well. The location is great - it’s in a quiet area but still just a short walk away from 5th Avenue and the beach. Make sure to try the breakfast spot on the corner and Resaka’s Park across the street - their food is to die for!

The bed was not super comfortable as the mattress is very hard. The included breakfast is also nothing special. For this price, though, I absolutely cannot complain!

The staff were friendly, along with a lovely rooftop pool with a city view. The maintainance manager Victor was a wonderful gentleman & most helpful!

Fabulous location very clean and wonderful staff

The price was so good and everything was cleaning carefully I just used the room to have just a few hours before an European flight.

I didn't like that there wasn't published the location correctly and there wasn't easily to find

A couple were robbed while having breakfast. Their room was locked. I think one of the hotel staff should have been involved.

Conveniently located, friendly staff.

Few items required fixing during my stay. The windows are so thin you can hear all the noises from the road.

It is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, it is a guarantee that we will return next year, the staff is very friendly and they help and advise you with plans and anything you need, the cleanliness is impeccable, the rooms are very equipped and comfortable, they make you feel at home.

The self contained flat was perfect for 5 days in playa. The location was great too: less than 10 minutes to the beach and 5th avenue, as well as walking distance to big supermarkets and other great local restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Roof top was also great to relax on.

Friendly and helpful staff. They helped us extend our stay and helped us get to some places we needed to. We loved the location, room size, and comfort. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back!

Floors can be cleaner.

The staff was the absolutely best!!! Shout out to Gina (Georgina)! She was like n instant friend and loved my kids so much! The entire staff helped with taxi service, best eats, and activities. The bed was super comfy and the place was cute and clean. I could have lived there.

The only thing was the living room curtains were sheer. We wanted a privacy curtain like in the bedroom also to keep the sun out when we were sleeping
