Found it difficult to buy ant T bags so take some from home.Many places to eat nearby.Helpful staff who gave good advice and more easy and convenient to book tours through hotel and pick up nearby.Same price for tours in reception.Excellent value for money if you not too bothered about views or luxury place to stay. We used our money for sight seeing instead.Nearby shuttle service which is very convenient to travel to the ruins, cenotes Tullum and Cancun. Much cheaper than taxi and more flexible than ADO timetable.Spacious studio

It was 2 minutes away from Walmart and 10 minutes from 5th avenue all by walking. The receptionists, Dulce and Monica, were helpful, friendly and remembered your name. Also, the room size is big and has all the amenities mentioned in the info section. Also, there are two restaurants next to the hotel that offer authentic Mexican and Colombian cuisine.

It was not what we expected for the price

Things were broken, we stayed in the room 405.They didn't clean or change to towels in the second nights.There was not elevator or help to bring the bags.The view was not nice. The toilet got stuck. In the night there was not someone taking care of the building, they just gave us the password to end.It was very expensive.

Nice spacious room in a good location.

I was there a year ago and the gentleman was very friendly. It was a very different experience this time. The receptionist was very cold and reserved. The sheets used for the King bed were for a twin and you had to hold the toilet seat cover with one hand as it only stayed closed and with the other hand....well you get the picture. :-). AC swing was broken and there was no hot water. Did not get any room service the second day. The place has a lot of potential but the staff is not what it was.

They tried to charge double the booking.com price on check in. The room was quoted as 1000 mxn and we were asked to be 2000mxn per room.

It was a great location, a 10 minute walk to Fifth Avenue. The family oom was large enough for our family of four. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly.

No major complaints, but there was a night when the music from the restaurant next door was loud. The shower was not very hot. But overall, great value for money.

The bed was very comfortable.

Bottled water should be provided, luckily we didn't arrive late at night and could go by some. At least a bottle or 2 should be there when arriving.

The main thing for us (50+ couple) is that the room is a decent size (enough to have 2 cases open on the floor) nicely decorated, clean, and that we feel safe and comfortable. All boxes ticked. Great wifi. Netflix on TV. Staff great - very secure block with staff on the reception area all the time we were going in and out. Plenty of eateries nearby. Far away enough from the hustle and bustle but not too far for us. Two supermarkets just across the road.

The bed was huge and we loved the bunk beds for the children. The staff were lovely and the restaurant next door is one of the best and decently priced! Very spacious room with loads of cupboard space. In a more authentic area but still very safe.

It was very noisy on the Sunday night- until around 2 in the morning. The aircon is also very noisy but it didn’t block out the outside noises. The kitchen was not very well stocked at all.

It is completely new apartments with very nice design, we liked to stay there. Staff is extremely helpful with any problem you may face, the best service I met in Playa

Very friendly front desk staff. Good location and nice rooms.

Cleaning could have been a bit better. Always short if towels and sheets too small. Showers flow was very poor. Free filtered water like many hotels would be convenient and help with recycling.

The location is convenient, as a solo female traveler i felt safe

The room is spacious with panoramic windows. My room was on the sunrise side, so I could enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The kitchen is nice and clean. The location of the building is good, 2 huge supermarkets are nearby. 10 min to the beach. Not far from the ADO station.

The Wifi in the room is very unstable. It was impossible to have both regular calls and video calls. It got disconnected every 10 minutes. Quite load in the evening because there is a restaurant on the first floor and busy street with a lot of cars. The room didn't have a kettle, the frying pan was in scratches - can't use it (but I guess you can ask for that). No elevator in the building, so you need to carry your luggage up by hands

The studio has everything for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated a good Internet connection. Great location, right in front of the supermarket Walmart. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is provided regularly.

Unfortunately, my room on the 1st floor didn't have any view as the window faced the neighbouring building. On the other hand, I didn't have to climb too many stairs with the luggage.

Bed was big and comfortable, hot water, great location, good food places right downstairs, mosquito net.

Was bare minimum, bar stool was broken, couldn't seat on it at all, the countertop was broken, 3 floors and 4 flights of stairs to carry all the suitcases, air-conditioning was older type and very loud and loud noise from the outside at night, screams and karaoke music. It was very hard to sleep before 12.30am without ear plugs, no blanket on the bed, only flat sheet to cover and it was a bit cold at night.

Convenient location of the hotel, close to everything - beach, clubs, Walmart. The room is spacious, there is everything you need for living. All is new. Personal is very friendly and the place is safe

Very noisy from the street (cars and drunk songs in the evening), poor soundproofing. Weak air conditioning, so it was a bit hot during the day. The toilet didn't flush well.
