    • We liked the minimalist feel of the room, super comfy bed, excellent AC, tasty breakfast.
    • It is very nice and clean hotel. Checking process is very easy and fast. They gave us breakfast in morning was amazing. I would love to stay again this place.nest part of this hotel is it is just half block away from 5th street and two blocks from beac
    • The location is great and the decor is nice. I also like the rooftop pool and restaurant.

    Cons -

    • Elevator was kind of hit or miss, but we usually take the stairs anyway.
    • When we checked in, the sheets had spots of blood stains and food stains on them. We had to switch rooms instead of the staff changing the sheets. On the last night after room service had been, we had dirty sheets again! & They said I had 2 keys
    • There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. The restaurant on the rooftop did not serve alcohol and was not open for dinner. The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly or helpful.

The location and the pool were great. That front desk staff and the cleaning staff were wonderful.

There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. The restaurant on the rooftop did not serve alcohol and was not open for dinner. The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly or helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful and professional. It was right near the pedestrian walkway that is full of cool restaurants and shops. It¿s fairly close to the beach but the section of beach seemed not that great until you walked a while.

In the other direction away from the walkway the neighborhood seemed not great. Also the parking area was very dank and dark. Smelled of chemicals. Really bad. I hope it was temporary. It was some kind of storage utility area. They should clean it.

No amenities No mini fridge No coffee pot or coffee on site

Bathroom door is a sliding door with no latch, pretty much we didn’t like anything in the room. Landscaping inside hotel is nice, I think that they concentrated more on the landscaping looking than the rooms.

Rooms weren’t nice at all. There was a very annoying like sliding door or bed tapping all night long, we hardly got any sleep. You could feel it right in your ears.

Customer service from day-shift front desk and garage attendant. Rooftop pool and how the room was cleaned everyday.

Terrible attitude from night shift front desk person. He told me and my wife that he was not there to help with directions, or recommendations. He made us feel very unwelcome. He was on his phone all the time and would not even acknowledge us when we exited or returned to hotel. No coffee and no mini fridge I. The room

Flexible rooms to accommodate more people

Location is too far from the main shops and restaurants even though it's near to the 5th Avenue,

Excellent location just around the corner of the Quinta Avenida. Rooms are OK, parking in the underground garage. Tasteful breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Kind and helpful staff.

Very steep car access to the underground garage.

Good size, great location near to several restaurants and shops. I felt safe the entire time despite being on my own.

The wifi in the room is not the most stable.

The pool was good but my room on the ground floor was very dark .

    My room was dark.

Started of bad, when there was no one to meet us at the airport as arranged. They even sent me a message, when we were on the plane, after we asked for verification of who was picking us up, "what was our question"?Pool area was bad ,most sunbeds unusable due to worn material. Pool had tiles missing & didn't seem to work properly until last couple of days.Towels in the room were torn & had holes. Beware of breakfast included,as only fruit, then eggs & coffee from an ern with powdered milk Yuck. Eggs were cooked nicely, choice of omelette and pancakes, but no change over the 2 weeks. Better off, getting breakfast in 5th Avenue as nicer. They advertise lunch, but never saw anything open. On the good side, location was great & bed was large, clean & comfortable. But on the whole, the hotel is in need of a total makeover. No furniture on the balcony, but hotel overlooked by apartments opposite.

Location in a quiet area but close to the sea and entertainment. Parking in front of the hotel.Clean and large room.Breakfast good and rooftop pool nice for refreshment.Friendly staff.

Weak WiFi, and very often completely unavailable. There are no lamps by the bed so that one can read and the other can sleep, just a central light.Hard pillows (but duvets and sheets great).Concrete design inside the room.No hooks or other options for hanging wet bathing suits and towels to dry.

A nice hotel near the center, there is a straight street that goes to the center and it's easy to walk, full of shops and restaurants. The place is safe, we stayed as late as 11-12 at night all good. Near there's a great place for breakfast Olla cafe, very good olla cafe and good Mexican breakfast, loved to chat every morning with the ppl there, they are very kind and lovely. The breakfast at the hotel was pricier and had only 3 options, but good, my friends had it. Good place to stay comfy bed, clean and not noisy in the evenings, did hear some music but I had earplugs and it wasn't bad. Good spaceous room, also with humidity but in Tulum was the same. Nice lovely pool and place to hang on the top of the building, too bad it closes at 18 at least in January. We had a lot of rain so next time I will avoid January. We had a car and there were convenient places to park in front of the hotel. Also we aware of the scams in Playa for example we booked a food tour from get your guide , it was really disappointing and expensive, also we went to cozumel and they scammed us by renting a car (100 dollars) because they said we cannot walk around, which was a lie. So be aware that they have prices for white ppl, especially Americans, and they will rob you like crazy, make sure u know what u want and what the prices should be. Another tip..is to buy souvenirs from the big shops like malls, they charge u like crazy in playa 10 dollars for a magnet ? and we aware of the taxis, we rented a car and it was very good ? also check out the beach near to the hotel it's much better less crowds and more peace, on the ones near the center it's a lot of noise and ppl were stayed near each other so if u want something more peaceful go there. Enjoy

Humidity in the rooms but there's big humidity everywhere so it is what it is

Nice place close to the main party/shopping street. Nice rooftop pool. Nice staff, clean rooms with balcony. Inner part of the building was green and full od plants - it was pretty.

Wifi was really weak, light in the "bathroom"(sink corner) wasn’t bright enough and the view from the pool was on the abbandoned old building.

Staff was very attentive to all my needs. Hotel located in quiet section of the main tourist section of avenida 5. Hotel clean and relatively quiet during the morning hours. Breakfast was good, and room amenities were adequate. The room A/C is great!!

The room should have light switches on each side of the bed as well as an electrical outlet. Only one side of the bed had an electrical outlet. The Wi-Fi was weak a few times in the room on the 2nd floor. I believe the the T.V. could be a bit larger, at least a 42 inch for the size of the room. The room didn't have a small refrigerator but not too big of a deal.

    10ElenaPosted on: 2-4-2025

Stuff, especially front desk manager. Very helpful and knowledgeable

Bathrooms, the shower doors, could be exchanged. And only one electrical plug near the beds. How two people can charge the phones near the bed if there only one outlet. Not enough lights in the room in the evening.
