Location and friendly staff

Bathroom sink sprayed water all over, toilet did not fill and flush properly, beds hard as a rock, window wouldn?t lock, no hot water several mornings, shower missing a lot of tiles, couch in poor condition.

I picked the location near the bus station so I did not have to move my bags too far. This was obviously convenient but the street turned out to be a bit noisy at nights. Hotel staff were all helpful. I liked the pool area. All clean in the room. Would prefer slightly softer pillows, but that is obviously my preference.

Curtains not very thick so got a lot of light coming in at night. Also single glazed windows mean you can hear noisy cars and people in the street below.

Convenient, quiet, and good for a budget. Next to the bus station but not too loud after dark. A good point between the beach and the main streets. It has an elevator and the room was spacious

The towels were fraying and the sheets weren’t fitted properly to the bed.

Great little hotel in a good location, about 5-7 minutes walk to the 5th Ave. Very large and spacious rooms equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Free water/refill at the lobby. Good wifi and good a/c

Low Water pressure in shower. Small pool with very cold water. Night guard isn't very friendly...

No water and maybe not as clean as I like.

Great location. Nice little pool. The evening front desk gentleman is very polite, professional and most helpful. We booked an apartment. It is roomy. Kitchen facilities had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We were pleased. I liked the full size fridge. Air conditioning in bedroom worked well. No airconditioning in the living room/kitchen area, but it was okay.We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks. Daily housekeeping was satisfactory. The room could have used a thorough deep cleaning mid way through the stay. We booked this hotel when the room price was on sale and so it was a good value for what we paid. The new regular room rates for winter 2025/6 are too high for what you get and so we won’t book at this hotel for next winter.

Hotel is beside a bus station. Buses park immediately beside the hotel with motors running until well after midnight, sometimes later. We sometimes had up to 5 buses with loud motors running immediately outside our door and it was noisy. Bring ear plugs. This is not the fault of the hotel and the hotel probably doesn’t have any control over this.

Spacious, clean room. Relatively quiet. Large bathroom, lot of space to your toiletries and magnifying mirror. Shampoo was provided. Big shower with hot water. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Pool looked nice, did not try though. Excellent location next to ADO Alterna. Lovely cafe around the corner to have healthy breakfast. Wi-Fi was fast. Good a/c and fan. Fridge. Elevator.

Pillows were really too thick and hard. Room did not smell nice. Old couch. No luggage rack. The view: windows overlooking a busy street.

Great location if you are travelling by ADO buses - right across the road from the terminal. Walking distance to the beach, Quinta avenida, several restaurants, Walmart, and another big supermarket. Gd taco stall right across the road for cheap eats. Very friendly staff who mostly spoke gd English or we managed with Google translate. Great cafe next door that does fabulous breakfasts and healthy drinks etc. Open 8.30 ‐ 2pm. The pool felt chilly when I first arrived, but a few days later, it was warm enough for me to go in - I hate cold water! The room was huge and very clean but the sofa bed and curtains etc were very old and tired. Small fridge was useful to keep drinks cold and there is a free water station down in the reception area. Also, coffee, but I didn't use that as I don't drink coffee. It's not the cheapest place to stay but a bit of luxury for me after backpacking around Belize for 3 weeks. Very quiet at night and not much noise from neighbouring rooms either.

Zero WiFi accessible outside in the pool/back patio area of the property.

Horrible not even 1 star Mattress was stained badly , Sheets were ripped , No hot water, No soap, no blanket on the bed just a sheet on the bed , Drapes were black had white paint on them , tv was way to small , The doors were locked at night someone was sleeping in the lobby on a couch you buzz in he wakes up and lets you in ,

Everything it’s by the ado bus station noise all night long with loud speakers , Filthy dirty ,

Big room, good location

Smell (each time I came back to the room), noise from the street (even with closed windows), toilet plumbing (had to use it very carefully to make sure it doesn't leak), no appliances in the room (eg. no kettle, cutlery, etc), beach chairs for swimming pool are very worn out

I’m shocked this place was rated as high as it was. I guess it was a budget hotel but it felt really grimey and gross. We stayed in the apartment and the floors were literally greasy, it felt gross to walk around barefoot. There weren’t any blankets on the bed and we didn’t find them in the dresser until the next day so we had a very cold night. There weren’t any blankets tons of mosquitoes in our room so I got bit many times. The shower never got hot so I had to take a cold shower. The towels were like sandpaper. The sofa was so dirty and gross and incredibly uncomfortable I don’t know how you could expect a human to sleep on that thing. There was a/c in the bedroom but not in the living room and there were fans in the living room that only ran at high speed. And worst of all they had scented toilet paper only! I can’t describe how horrible that stuff is, no one should be rubbing it on their privates.Overall I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It felt sleezy and icky and I think you can do better in town for not much more money.

The pool is clean, location is easy walking distance to the pier and major shipping areas and it's cheap. This is a 3 star hotel.

Eleven nights. A bare trickle of hot water in kitchen, hard water encrusted shower head, and no matter what time of day I could only get maybe 10 minutes of hot water for a shower. Management made lobby look great but lots of basic maintenance is not being done: broken tiles on patio area, ripped fabric on lounge chairs, only one laundry cord working in suite. Never got a facecloth or dishrag. Couch was never vacuumed. Suites need a deep clean.

The hotel is located next to ADO bus station which is great for traveling. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The staff was very nice. My virtual card wasn't working and I had to rush for an appointment so they gave me my room and let me figure out the payment when I got back. It was clean.

It's an old place. It didn't have a secure lock. The pillows were lumpy and my neck hurt the next morning

Big appartement very close from the city center and 2 big supermarkets. 5mn walking to be in the center. Good price for the location and the size of the appartment
