It would have been even better if the hotel's outdoor bar and cafe were operational.

Hotel employee at the front desk was AMAZING, very professional, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Great hotel clean, quiet well located.

Second time we stay here. Close to quinta avenida and bus station - easy to get to from Cancun airport. Calm and quiet, nice little swimming pool, close to everything. Hope we get to come back and stay longer soon

The location is great and the staff is super kind and always willing to help. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning lady is always nice to decor the bed with nice towel-animals!You can request beach towels as well. Overall, great value for money.The WiFi signal doesn’t reach the rooms properly, but honestly it was a perfect way to disconnect from the everyday life. When we needed to look for information/restaurants/etc we were just going to the common area by the Cenote where the signal was high.

The location is wonderful! Easy to get to from the bus station, two steps away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The swimming pool is clean and we had it to ourselves. The room is spacious, with good AC and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. We liked everything about this little hotel and I hope we get to go back one day.

The location is very closed to ferry terminal and 5th Ave, which is super easy to access most of popular restaurants and stores. It is cozy place

No electric water kettle, and public water is too far from rooms. The room we stayed even had no water at our last night. The front desk is not 24 hrs, the front desk lady can not speak English after 8pm and fortunately she help us to move to a new room to address the the no water issue

The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach and next to the 5th Avenue (touristic street, with the shops and restaurants)ADO bus station is located 100-150 metres away from the hotel. Clean and huge rooms, very nice garden, private and clean pool. Terrace with the wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy sunrise views.Stuff is really helpful and nice to all the guests. We enjoyed a lot that time that we spent in the hotel, thank you one more time.

The staff, the cleanliness and the beds. It’s convenient if you want to be next to main tourist streets, but not too close so as to be keep awake by the nightclubs.

Was a bit noisy from a utility room and garden machinery when we wanted to sit quietly by the pool.

The best part is the location. The hotel is close to the main public beach, which was very crowded. It is a two-minute walk from the bus station, ferry, and shopping. The whole place was very clean, and the staff was always polite and helpful.

Poor to no amenities. The pool is more of a decorative pond with a total of four sunbeds. The sundeck looked neglected and nothing like the photos. At first, we got a very dark and unpleasant room on the second floor. Luckily we were moved to the fourth because there was no hot water in our room on the evening we arrived. Moving significantly improved our stay, however, the bathrooms need urgent renovation. Showering, flushing, and even washing hands was an ordeal, as the water pressure was almost nonexistent, and the water itself smelled dirty. And of course, no wifi except for the common areas.

There was no breakfast. Our biggest complaint was actually the fact that my husband drank the coffee in the room when we arrived, and they wouldn’t give us an extra pack for the morning, and when we saw the coffee station by the reception in the morning they didn’t allow us to have any.

Accommodating us with coffee would have been a small price to pay to make the stay more enjoyable. We had to park quite a distance away, but we were prepared for this.

Great location, one minute from the beach and shops, bars, etc Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was well serviced daily..Excellent value,. Would recommend.

There were two of us but only received one door key.

Location close to 5th avenue and ado bus stop. Friendly staff.

Old hotel. Poorly cleaned bathroom. (We did not even shower that day). We were fooled by rating. We expected more.
