Suites Corazon

I was surprised at how quiet the room was considering it's close proximity to a busy area. Staff were very nice and the room was huge. The air conditioning was my favorite feature ?

Nice location

Air conditioner didn’t work, and it was super hot and hard to sleep specially with a toddler. We asked to get it fixed and they told us to wait until the next day, we were only staying there for one night, I asked for a fan but they didn’t have one.

The location was excellent, the service was friendly, and the room was clean, safe, and affordable.

Unfortunately, on the first floor, it was easy to hear loud people exiting and entering. Moreover, the shower was a bit weird (bu pressure and temperature were great). Lastly, there was a bulb out in the bathroom that was never changed.

Playa Del carman was so hot and humid the best feeling was walking into my hotel and feeling the cold air from the AC touch my skin I slept great at night because was always nice and cool in my room 24/7 And I felt safe with the staff

Bed sucked not very comfy but then again I didn't care much because I was drinking every night and the water pressure in the shower sucked

Great location , quiet at night and a wonderful staff !

The suite was big and comfortable. The location so close to the 5th Avenue and the beaches. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was very good. Everything is at walking distance.

There was construction noises during the day.

- As of January 2026, there was construction going on next door, it started at 9 am. Very inconvenient to wake up to this while on vacation.

Nice location and clean

We were in the ground floor and it was kind of dark!

Staff was accommodating. When we needed beach towels or a blanket for bed, they provided. Location was great and central and felt safe.

The room was really dark and it took about 10 mins each time to get hot water in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak and didn’t come down properly.

Suites corazón is a hidden gem. It’s located next to Hyatt and I think they offer a better experience. The hotel offers a personal service which above our expectation. It’s so close to the 5th Ave, 1 minute walk, but once you close the door, the hotel is super quiet. The room, the service, the location are just the best!

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful.It’s secured.

The studio was great. The wifi was ok and the value for money can’t be beat. Great location too.

The apartment is really huge and the location is close to the quinta avenida.We got hot water without any problem and the staff was nice and responsive

The View from the balcony was not really nice

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable.It was only a block from all the shops and a 15 min walk to the ferry terminal

Nice size of the room and TV. And clean

They have a construction at the side! So the noise was super bad in the mornings. So will be nice they told you before the booking.! There was no drinkwater in the room!
