Very clean.

Staff was nice and price was right. Breakfast was good.

There was a big chunk of black hair sitting on top of the shower drain when we got there. I mean come on, guys--that's just gross. Also--the lounge chairs by the roof top pool? LOL! They are so uncomfortable! I defy anyone to lie on them for ten minutes!

The hotel does not resemble the pictures posted on the booking site. Breakfast options are limited to just two different dishes, and the staff is not very welcoming. There is a McDonald's and a Burger King nearby, and the beach is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

Communication was excellent, all requests were managed professionally, timely, and complete. All staff - but especially Carlos and his brother - were professional, helpful, accommodating, kind and patient. The breakfast was good, wait staff, kitchen staff excellent - again very accommodating. The room was spotless, kudos to the cleaning staff. Excellent value for your money. Location to the nearest hospital was our need, but it was a reasonable walk to downtown.

Just about everything was bad.Location: right next to a busy motorway and far from downtown.Dirty room: I found someone's hair on the pillow.Very noisy: there are guard dogs all around the premises that bark all night long.Staff: impolite. I booked for 3 nights. They promised me a refund if I left after 1 night. I have never received any refund.DON'T STAY HERE. There are better places in Carmen.

The room was big and comfy, very clean. We even had a balcony. The breakfast was sufficient too.

It was a bit too far from the main street. You have to cross the main road and walk for more than 25 min just to reach the beach or the bus station. When it is hot it is not the best thing to do. There was also a lot of noise coming from the highroad. When we saw the pool on the rooftop it seemed a bit dirty and abandoned. Maybe we didn't come at the right time.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Pool on the top roof. Almost center. 20-minute walk to the beach. Refrigerator in the room. Quite a big room. Close to shops.

No cups/glasses in the room.

Overall, everything is not bad, the breakfast is monotonous, not a buffet, but quite tasty. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel building. If the neighbors are noisy, then everything is heard. To the beach is about 30 min by walk

Ac was super old and loud, room had a view for a wall, located in a questionable neighborhood/industrial zone

The staff was ok. Especially first day in reception there was an error on booking and the guy went out of his way to solve the issue!

EVERYTHING ELSE! Believe me, don’t boom this place. There are zero similarities to the photos. The pool was old not maintained and very very dirty. Everything was old! The breakfast place was in front of the bathroom. Breakfast was a coffee and a toast and an egg. The room was pretty clean but the shower floor was very dirty. There was no blanket

Our room was nice and quite big. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is included. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop

The location is not pleasant, as far from points of interest

The room for 5 people was spacious, and had two nice bathrooms. Sheets and towels were clean and organized daily. Showers worked to perfection. We rented a car and enjoyed the parking space. At night, we walked to 5th Ave or to the beach. My teen daughter and I enjoyed the pool on the roof; we will not forget the calmness of the star-covered sky. The Mexican breakfast options were great.

On arrival, we found a few hair strands in the shower and the room was super hot despite the fact the we had announced our arrival with precision, 9pm. The fifth bed was right below the A/C and made my first night unbearable; once I moved it a few inches, I slept much better.

The room had 4 beds, 2 toilets and 2 showers. It was clean and good space. The room had a safe box and a big balcony.The included breakfast was nice.

The hotel view is to the street.
