    Pros +

    • That has a good parking lot.
    • Receptionist was polite.
    • The bedroom has a good size, all the utilities were working properly. I like it the style of the hotel. The price is good for this hotel.

    Cons -

    • They relocated me because of a blackout, then they moved me back 4 nights. The kitchen incomplete: no electric grill, and no microwave, no toaster , no coffee maker. The security box was broken so when they fixed untrustworthy. No tv sign, only a monitor.
    • Everything else. Extremely dirty room, smelly, bed sheets with body fluid stains, dead bugs between sheets, mattress with mold, shower floor and walls with mold. Overall, the WORST hotel room we ever seen in over 25 years traveling!!
    • No access to terrace, no elevator so climbing stairs to third floor with suitcases is challenging. The safe lock was broken, Wi-Fi was not reaching our room. We asked to be moved, but they said they didn’t have any other rooms available.

Great location, however this hotel needs maintenance

    Good location. Spacious room.

The bed and pillows were hard. The fridge made so much noise. Bad lighting. The pool was dirty. And there was construction in front of the hotel

Rooms are nice, even though the place looks like an old mall that was converted to a hotel. Good location and friendly staff.Excellent parking spot. All places to go out at night and shops are just a few steps away.

The light of corridor enters the room. Some rooms have fridge, but others not.Breakfast included in price is a little poor (2 & 1/2 slices of toasted bread, 1 pack of butter, 1 pack of marmelade & coffee or juice).

It was next door to a good coffee shop

Room was full of mosquitoes, tried covering exposed cracks with towels but didn’t help. I was chewed up. Had to leave after 2 nights. Bed was awful Everything in room was sticky with moisture

The rooms are clean, affordable and location is good

The wifi is terrible don’t plan to do any video calls here you can barely use social media

    The location was good.

Rooms are too basic. No kettle, no cutlery no nothing. Internet just doesn't work, I think it's because their modems are pointing in the wrong direction. They are giving the internet to the shop across the street. The carpark system is just silly. You need to message reception each time you want to come in or out. The lady working in the night shift is rude. I think she hates her job. She should be fired for her own sake. Lastly, I didn't have security issues, but reading other comments made us very stressed. Specially, when you see the answers from the hotel where they never apologize or mentioned that they solve the problem they only backfire at customers like it was their fault getting robbed. Booking lied in their pricing and I ended up paying more due to the currency exchange rate even when the price was in Australian dollars. For the price I ended up paying I've booked something better.

When first arriving the hotel did look quite old and worn as did the room itself. However, overtime the place grew on me. It was very well located. A few blocks from the beach and in a quieter part of town with more access to more traditional businesses and local restaurants. After three days I found myself really appreciating the charm of the place.

It's a great location close to everything and far from the noise.

It feels time wornthere were only 2 pillows on a king bedsmall tv

Simple but spacious and comfortable rooms. Big and hard comfortable bed. Beautiful garden and nice pool. Great location. Friendly staff. Free coffee. 24h reception. Great coffee and sandwiches in a small shop 50 meters to the right.

The bathroom was old and not very clean. The lock of the terrace door was very easy to break, we didn't really feel safe at night as we were on the first floor and anyone could walk in from the street. No sleep without ear plugs. The refrigerator, the air-conditioning and the street were all very noisy. No hairdryer.

Beautiful courtyard and pool, very walkable and in close proximity to beach, attractions, etc., very nice balcony overlooking the palms and pool, gated free parking, helpful and kind staff, overall a great value for location

Very minimal amenities and updates, though in my case it was sufficient

    9DianePosted on: 3-8-2025

Perfect location, very close to everything I needed.

The barking dogs adjacent to the property …The water pressure could be stronger in the shower…

The shaded pool and courtyard were lovely to come back to on a hot day and we spent several evenings on our patio. The location was within walking distance of the beach and shopping. The staff were helpful and quickly responded to any concerns we had. We appreciated that they allowed us to keep our rental bikes in our main floor room overnight.

We thought we had rented a room with a cook top, but we hadn’t. However, we were able to make things in the microwave to support my dietary needs. It was a minor inconvenience.

    The Pool was ok.

Hotel Staff stole 400 Euros from our roomWe stayed for four days. And never let the cleaning Lady in, because we wanted her to have less work as possible. As it was our first hotel in Mexico, we still had some money in Euro. Which we wanted to exchange. On the last day we saw, that 400 Euros were stolen from inside our bags. We never let anybody inside the room, so the staff must have stolen it. The Manager told us to go to the police and make a report. Because they have an insurance for cases lile this. Where the insurance would pay the 400 Euro. The Hotel gave us the wrong insurance number. So when we called the insurance company said this number does not exist. So we asked several times if the Hotel could call the insurance company. They never did. And now they are not responding anymore. So the staff stole our money and now they are not even answerring anymore. Please dont go there!!

The garden and pool area were pretty.

The pool water was dirty. There were a million mosquitoes outside and inside my room! Facilities were dumpy.

Good location, pool, secured parking, 24/7

    Feels like old hotel

    Great location and comfortable room.

Would have appreciated a kettle and cups so we could make tea and coffee in the room. Coffee only available at reception but would be better if supplied hot water so could make tea
