Location, rooftop pool hammocks, cabanas, sport bar swim up bar seating although there was quite a bit remodeling going on

The noise levels. Not a light sleeper but construction across the street, neighborhood school, traffic and cleaning staff start early in the mornings. Secondly, the mattress was very hard bathroom amenities less than expected

Everything was great

Location is central. Building is modern and new. Room has everything you need, bed is comfy, and bathroom is spacious.

After my first night, I had three huge red bites on my back. They checked and changed sheets right away but my bites just got bigger and itchy the whole week I was there.Also the elevator goes only up to the fourth floor cus they’re still doing construction work in some areas. Staff could be more friendly and helpful too lol.

Nice place. Basic. Condo style. Had a safe, small kitchen. Bathrooms were good. Staff was 24 hour. Clean. Near 30th Ave. Pool was nice.

The prices varied from day to day. Inconsistent. I lost my plastic room key and they charged me 200MXN for a new one. TOTAL RIPOFF.

Room didn’t get as cold as I would like it. Water pressure in the shower was not great.

Booked through BOOKING but as we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation, so we were asked to book our night as a walk in. Eventually when we arrived the suite, the sheets on our bed were insanely dirty. The day after we went out for a few hours and asked from the reception to change the sheets, we returned at night and found that "they cleaned the room" but did not change sheets. This night we changed them ourselves and ran at morning.During our stay we asked to speak with the manager and he avoided us.*We also booked a room with a view and a balcony and got a room with a kind of patio, a bit felt like a basement. The staff didn’t do anything to help and most of them don't really understand English.

Location is excellent, staff is friendly and communication was easy with them!

The fact that the pool was not open for an entire day and I couldn't enjoy it since I was there for a short period. An advisory is appreciated ahead of time when you will treat it and it has to close.

AWFUL! AWFUL!AWFUL!I have been dealing with BOOKINGS for over a decade. This has been the absolute worst experience ever! Firstly, keep in mind this is not a hotel. This is an apartment building and each apartment is owned and manage by a different person. The people at the reception have absolutely no authority whatsoever in reassigning you a different room if your reservation goes wrong. In January, I booked an apartment with a balcony. I received “written confirmation” from the owner that the apartment booked was an upper level apartment with a balcony. Boy was I ever mislead and lied to. On the day I’ve checked in, I was given instructions at the reception and assigned my room. The room assigned was NOT an upper level apartment with a balcony. Instead, it was an apartment just a few metres from the reception desk that looked like a jail cell with very little light and on the ground level with no balcony. I walked into the apartment, turned around, and walked out. I refused to stay there. The individual at the reception made several attempts to contact the owner as did I, and a week later, I still have not received a response. You will notice a huge discrepancy in the reviews for this property. While many have given it a 10, 9 or 8 for reviews there are also several 1s and 2s. The high scores are from those who were assigned the upper balcony room they booked and the low scores are from those who were misled and although they booked and paid for an upper balcony room, they were assigned a completely different room. Some of these owners will swindle you into a contract for a room, take your money and will not respond to the receptionist or you to rectify the situation and give you the room you initially booked. Instead, they completely ignore you, avoid you in order not to have to deal with the situation.

Not much however unit/room 103 need utensils and plates if you decide to cook. I ended up buying. Otherwise unit is comfortable.

I made this reservation for my parents. And they just got back yesterday night. I have only heard good things about there stay. Location was good.Restaurants near by were amazing.walking distance to so many places. My parents enjoyed every bit of it.
