Workmanship of some of the construction. For example the shower head hanging from the ceiling with no caulk. It just looks low end. Finishing touches make a difference and part of the mirror frame was missing

I liked it so much that I extended my stay. Great location, quiet street but near the beach, groceries and restaurants. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Kind helpful staff. I would have stayed here even longer, but they were fully booked.One of my favorite places and a good value for the cost.

The kitchenette was not stocked well. I asked the staff if they could provide some additional tableware and within minutes they brought me everything I asked for. Awesome!

The location was perfect. And it was quiet for being located so close to 5th Ave, resturants, shops and 2 blocks from the beach. The price was so reasonable and the room was great. It was a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and luvingroom. We weren't expecting that. It is dog friendly. We paid extra, 363 pesos, for our Chica. If you want to park in front of the hotel, you have to pay for parking at one of those kiosks. It only takes change so make sure to have some. 10 pesos for every hour. Paid parking is from 10 am-10 pm. So after 10 om, parking there is free. There was 1000 pesos cash deposit, which we received back at check out, as long as everything was in order. If there is anything on the towels that could stain them, that will be deducted out of your deposit. Which is understandable. I usually travel with my own towel anyways. We really loved this place and will definitely book it again. Oh, beds were pretty comfy.

Paying for parking, but its not an astronomical amount. There is free parking a block away, if you can find a spot.

The pool was great, the bed was comfy

The pillows were uncomfortable. We also left something in our room that they couldn't find so make sure to grab everything, it was our fault but it's a shame that we couldn't get it back and that they cleaned the room and seemed to have lost it in the cleaning process. They said they looked but the only place it could have been was in the room so we were extremely disappointed to lose an item we came with

No pots and pans or cooking utensils. When you want a room with a kitchen these things are expected also. There was no way to actually cook.

It is close to the Main Street and the beach

The floor was dirty when we checked in. The bathroom window didn’t close and it was loud and mosquitos got inside.

Daisy at reception was outstanding in helping me with getting a reasonably priced pharmacy, even with a new booking that I had issues with. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Basic apartment, okay for one night stay

Basic room, you can get better apartments in PDC for the money charged

I got it on a promotion, but it definitely not worth the full price. I like that the junior suite has a separate living room and kitchen. I liked some of the queer staff. We need a space for one night only so it was fine.

Swimming pool is tiny and gets no sun. The frigobar has beer but the hotel does not provide bottle openers! Not even the front desk could help us. No no view. It definitely looks better in the pictures.

-Dirty bathroom with a window into the hallway (so people could see in), when taking a shower the water would run through the whole dark bathroom, mirror was hanging with 1 side -There is NO FREE PARKING! Which is a big thing in playa, so you need to pay every 6 hours (the max duration) and this during 10am till 10pm, super annoying! -You can’t sleep because there are decorated pillars outside your window with lights all around that stay on, so it looks like it’s still daylight outside.-The staff delivers the breakfast to your door but stonecrops scrambled eggs are not eatable.

Sometimes gets too loud

The hotel completely exceeded my expectation. The entire atmosphere, location, room quality, and staff are just perfect. The place is very quiet being located at the corner of 5th avenue. You can find everything nearby such as supermarket. The room is very spacious and clean. It is not smelly like some other hotels. Talking about the staff, they are all friendly and helpful. The guy(forgot to ask his name) explained to me how to use Radio Taxi app, and Daisy definitely won the employee of the year. She made sure that the guests are okay. This will be my home away from home.

Great value for the price. Nothing special, but large, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Great location, staff not overly friendly, but still professional.

There was no switch or remote for the fan. Although there was an air con, it was on the coldest setting and wasn’t terribly cold, but comfortable enough.

It’s not too far from all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it is quiet. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were spacious.

The beds weren’t overly comfortable, but they got the job done. I saw on other reviews that breakfast was provided but it wasn’t offered to us.
