There is a problem with water pressure in the shower, sometimes there wasn?t water hot or there was no water. The tv system. Always problems to connect to the red. (tv room)

The size of the room, the location, the in room laundry machine, the staff. Overall a great find!

Parking garage is tricky. Super tight spaces. The room had a few issues like a big stain on the couch and the door handle to the balcony was broken. But overall a good place to stay.

Such a great location! The room was perfect, comfy bed and pillows! The pool was amazing!! A chill pool, with different heights to chill in! We loved it.

I was missing a blanket the first night, so didn’t sleep so well.

I like the location, the room with the balcony and the kitchen in the the room. Very comfortable suite.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I didn’t have water any of them. The hotel never notified about it. When I checked in, they have a sign about no water available, and I understand, but every night. Also, the hotel needs to changer the shower head. The strategy about the guard at night is not the best. I waited about 10 minutes after 10pm to get into the hotel because the front door is locked and the security guard is checking the building.

It was clean and good located The shower was okey but not really well and the bes was okey to.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place was spotless. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, nice size fridge, plugin’s on both sides of bed with nightstands. Excellent water pressure. Thick bath and pool towels. Nice sized balcony. Rooftop pool was great. Close to restaurants, 7-11, shopping. A huge park with food stands, gift stands, Christmas decorations and entertainment

We Llked everything. A suggestion would be for a bottle of dish detergent, instant coffee, packets of sugar and whitener for those of us who are only there for a few days.

The location was amazing

The cleanliness of the room when we got there could have been better a lot of things had stains and they had no soap or hand towel to wash the dishes with.

The location is near Walmart next to the 10th. Very good. Everything was great the reception helped us since there was no hot water , the room are big, with kitchen that have everything .

Modern, spacious, clean room. Good location, close enough to all the action but quite at night.

The pool area was abandoned and not at all as pictured online: only two sun beds which were broken, no umbrella, no shade, no hammocks, hot tub was cold. I understand that it was low season but then hotel should let guests know in advance as their pool marketing is pretty heavy and was what drew me to this hotel. Weather was good for swimming. The other thing is communication with staff. Generally not very attentive which was ok for us but we had a weird incident with a lost towel and they refused to give us a new one. So silly to have this kind of discussion and of being accused to have stolen it (it was a very simple bath towel). The hotel definitely has its pros as described above but this interaction made it all very unpleasant.

Great location, in the center but not too close to the loud parties. The room is really big and comfortable with a kitchen and a big shower. The staff was super nice and helpful and the parking was easy and convenient.

We really liked everything, just small things like the kitchen was missing basic things like dish soap and a sponge. The water in the shower was warm (not hot) but that’s OK since it was hot during our stay.

Location was excellent, close to Centro, Walmart, Ado bus terminal. Room was spacious and clean, we also enjoyed the roof top pool area

Overall was ok and good price. The swimming pool was nice and the bed was comfortable

The water pressure is not good and the water wasn’t hot enough. Also when there are events at the city hall it’s very loud at the hotel

Complementary snacks and coffee could be nice since there was a kitchen

The staff were great, rooms clean and tidy, location fantastic for the main square and strip and the apartments were SO well set up if wanted to do self catering.

The property felt a little worn which considering the photos was a little sad - there were only 6 sunbeds and 3 were broken and there didn't seem any interest in fixing them. Comments in the check in document re if you stained towles/bedding you would be charged and yet my towels had marks as did the bedding. Otherwise though, it really was a fantastically set up hotel.

We will stay again. Room was lovely.Just a few suggestions. Please upgrade bed linens. Add more pool chairs and umbrellas are needed. Get an ice machine. We will be back next year. Thanks for your help. ❤️

We had an excellent stay at Meliora. We had a spacious apartment with a balcony & kitchen. The air con was great and all the facilities were in good working order. The rooftop pool was lovely and clean with good views. There was also a small gym on the rooftop. The cleaning staff left the room looking immaculate. The location was ideal for us as it was far enough away from 5th Avenue that we could not hear the late night noise. 10/10 stay.

Staff was told unfriendly. Hardly looked up from her phone.
