Charged us Xtra for breakfast & we had to move to another room.

This hotel did not meet our expectation one bit. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

Not a beachfront hotel. Pool size is very small.Extremely poor customer service. No clean rooms to check us into. Had to wait 45 min. Had to e-mail her our reservation 5X.Lied to gain time saying that we needed a print out of the reservation.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.The staff is not even friendly and the rooms are very bad.Except the location, there is not even a single good thing that I can talk about this hotel.You will find lot of mosquitoes in the room.So please be aware.

This is the worst hotel that I have never seen.Since the location is good, I have booked this hotel but the hotel rooms are very worst.This hotel is having some 2-3 subsidiary hotels around it.They will overbook and they try to place you in those hotels.

The person in the reception when I got to the hotel was not good at all, I felt like I was not well received. The bathroom did have a very bad odor, like sewer system. A/C was extremely noisy. There was no telephone in the room, no drinking water.

We love the location however the bar next door played until midnight which made sleeping impossible!

We stayed prior to Covid and loved this hotel however they have gone downhill. Gardens are unkept. Tv only in Spanish. Water dispenser always empty. No longer a gym and beach club!!?

Very friendly staff Great location

Salty water is coming from shower and faucet. The towels colors were gray, they were old and their sides are fraying. There are three pillows and they are all in different level of firmness. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Outside terrace. Big room. Nice inside courtyard.

We are so close to everything on 5th Avenue, the mall is next to the hotel, so nice

Loved that I could bring my pet, and the pool area and garden was very nice. Loved having a balcony overlooking the garden area.

The beds where somewhat hard and they didn't refill breakfast items. Would also be nice with a small fridge in the room to keep water cold.

Weirdly, Shower water was salty. Space was decent, clean and very centric. Bed was really hard, but everything was clean. Room is basic but well balance with price paid

Mix of smell moldy with bleach I believe. Since location is great comes along with a very loud noise a girl singing on the 5th avenue till 2:30ish am some need to stop here at least till 1 am the place is so good if you are a party person not good for resting. Beds feel hard or little old but the place overall is in a good location and great for the price.

Lots of deferred maintenance issues - very creeky beds, shower dropped all night. Needs refurb.Restaurant opposite blared load music all day and into early evening, initially we thought it was a night club given how loud the music was but just a taco restaurant

The best thing about the room was the location.

We have booked a deluxe room and it had a really strong, unpleasant smell of chlor and it didn’t go away at all even after opening the windows. The room was also a bit smaller than it looked on the pictures and there was a very loud noise from the nearby clubs/bars which went on until 2am. Also the shower pressure - a little, minimal water was coming from the shower head.
