- We had no hot water and the roof leaked. It was a very disappointing stay.
- Little to none ac in rooms. We did get a new room 24 hours later after being persisted. This room had acceptable ac. The only real ac is in the spa and the gift shop. The restaurant/only restaurant we were allowed to go had very little ac.
- We won't be back. No hot water, there were two loud outside parties until late at night that while we laid in bed we felt like we were in the middle of. Staff was rude at pool restaurant, buffet food was cold, room wasn't ready on time.

The only good thing about this hotel was the lunch menu/buffet by the pool bar. Absolutely nothing else.
Everything! It was horrible. Drinks were extremely watered down, pool water was hot, the buffet gave a limited food option, we were not even able to book a restaurant reservation. Unable to go to ocean because of so much seaweed, no music past 5pm in pool
