There was no water in bathrooms during one night just before checkout

The hosts were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The pools were well maintained and the parking garage is a great bonus.

The WiFi coverage does not extend into the bedrooms. When on WiFi in the living room, the internet connection was very bad. Towels had holes and the linen were threadbare.

The people that work there is so great

It was very close to the shops and it had a pool.

It wasn’t very clean. The wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms which was annoying because my kid needed to use it. Also the TV didn’t work and although we did reported it, no one ever came to check it out.

The breakfast was great because I cooked it!While the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the city center, stores and shopping malls, that's where the positives end.

The hotel itself is older and poorly maintained. The furniture, appliances, dishes, pots/pans and utensils appear to be original fixtures from when the hotel first opened. The attention to detail is lacking, with old and ripped towels, throw pillows coming apart at the seams, and a general sense of neglect.

No wifi. No staff on site. It is very far from anything. Impossible to get help. I left a day early because the staff wasn't helpful. of course, they kept the money.

Really spacious and nice appartment! Nice view from the balcony!Leo was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the fat rabbit (restaurant next to it) was really nice too! - really friendly and helpful waiters and the best coffee! Leo is a perfect host, so helpful! We could park our rental car in the garage (we were a bit worried, as the entrance to it is steep, but it was really easy managable!). We really appreciated that we could park the car safely!

Guy at desk went above and beyond to help us out. Needed help with car and he sent us to mechanic he knew. He even helped with translating for us. Just a good guy.

Parking is tight. Amount of breakfast is too little. Not enough to be full. And only open at 8am , not early enough if need to leave early for some activities!

There is really nothing positive to note.

The photos make it look good, but it's actually horrible. Beds had fleas, I have video of them jumping on sheets and sent to the host. I reached out to host, absolutely no response. Couldn't ever reach them by phone or text on WhatsApp. They didn't return any messages either. Rooms smelled literally like sewage in both bathrooms. The couch smelled like vomit. Floors were sticky and beds springs were poking into us. We would have left except we arrived at 1130pm from a delayed flight so LITERALLY had nowhere to go aside from sleeping on the street. They left a key for our room in a lockbox so never saw anyone. By the way, the sliding patio doors don't lock so we were nervous of security. Don't be fooled by the other photos.

Onsite property manager put us in a room even though the Booking.com reservation had not come through yet. A/C in every room, comfortable beds and pillows, hot water. Easy access on the ground floor, and there is an elevator if needed. Quiet street. Kids like the shallow pool out front.

The stove has a propane tank under the counter. The burners needed to be lit manually, but no lighter was provided. I could hear the people in the unit above us, but they did not styles up late.

Mister Leo was super friendly and helpful, and he speaks English. The apartment was big and it could look amazing if maintained a little bit.

The room was not clean. One of the 2 toilets wasn't working, there was a sewage smell in the bathrooms. No hot water.The drapes were molded.The bedsheets were not clean.The sofa was filthy.The pool was dirty.We stayed in room 5002.

Manager Leo is the best representation of hospitality and the true Mexico. He is absolutely a fantastic host and shares all nice details to know about the area and Mexico. If something is broken, it gets fixed the same day. If somethings is needed, he makes sure we received it. A true professional in hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and we love Mexico.

Beware, if you are walking, the beach is quite far. The area is safe and quiet though.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable for families.

the tap of our sink broke as it was clearly just glued together, I sent a message to the host and received no reply about it. The underground parking lot is pretty dangerous.

it’s very nice, clean, pretty decoration and enough space for everyone.

the parking garage they have is pretty small and kinda complicated to enter and get out but nothing that you can’t handle with patience

disappointing

the appartment is really not in good condition. the showers were not clean, the kitchen was all grassy. We planed to cook their but when we realized the kitchen status we didn’t.
