Great rooms! Very nice people. Great place to stay.

The guest service was wonderful, there was always a person to help, they also let us keep their bags at the hotel after check out! It’s also nice and close to the ado bus station

The safe was locked but when I returned it was open, hoping it was just defective.

It was a good price for a clean and friendly hotel.

I would have given a better rating if it wasn’t for the shower issue. Crappy shower. I was not able to get a good shower because the water from the shower head was spreading all over the place, and just drizzle. Very disappointed to not be able to have a good shower. The bathroom was apparently newly renovated so it shouldn’t take that much to put in a proper shower. Or at least check the showers once and awhile. I live in Tulum so I know how it works. And I got a room with no windows, just one out in the hallway. I guess the hotel was almost empty, so they could have given me a better room.

The facility was clean, and spacious. Staff was very helpful.

Great budget hotel, clean, comfortable beds, kind staff. My only issue was the night time receptionist, he would play shows on his phone very loud and the way it is made, it makes an eco-chamber reverberating the noise into the rooms. It was loud and annoying, not necessary. Use headphones.

Great location, it's close by Walmart, main street and the beach. There are many restaurants and safe. The staff in the night shift, he was really nice and polite.

After cleaning the room, the bed sheets seemed not to have been changed to new ones. They made it just looked nicer. The original soap has weird smell.

This little hotel is well kept and in a convenient location. 15 minute walk from the beach and 7 minutes from the ADO bus. There are many good restaurants close by.

Like many Mexican hotels, there was only a sheet on the bed with no quilt. I just used the towels for extra warmth, as the A/C was directly above the bed. It may be that the desk had a blanket.

Unpleasant smell of mold in the room.Complicated with wet towels and swimming suit, there was a no place where to put it.

I stayed at Hotel Yumkiin twice, once in December and then when I returned in January. It was a no-brainer on the return trip. Location, price, staff, cleanliness and rooms are all top tier.

I don't know if I honestly have any complaints. This was a real 10 out of 10 experience for me, both times.

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Some spoke fluent English. Others we sorted it out with Google translate. The Hotel was clean and quiet except when families walked by the room.

The bed was a little soft for me. Maybe not for others. There was only a sheet, not a blanket. So, if you wanted the AC on for ventilation, it was cold. I used a towel for an extra layer. It may be you could request a blanket at the desk.

Close to the main strip, however very loud Road beside the hotel.Large bed and clean room.

Not sure if it was the hotels fault but there was a family absolutely blaring music into the early hours of the night. The place is so loud with scooters, banging doors, moving furniture etc... Wouldn't recommend this place for a quiet stay

There is no lift in the hotel during the night it is very noisy from the restaurants and bars nearby.

Well located, friendly staff and the room gets cleaned every day.

There should be more ventilation as the bathroom was kind of smelling in the whole room.

I stayed here on two occasions. Staff were very friendly, and let me store my luggage whilst I went to Cozumel between stays. The room was really clean, spacious, with great wifi and excellent fan/AC. Location is convenient to ferry, supermarkets, ADO terminals and the main pedestrian street whilst being relatively quiet at night.

It was close to the action without the noise Rooms have a mouldy smell when you first get in which is a health concern. When you turn the AC on it goes away but you need to keep it on. Beds could be comfier. A thin blanket would be great because you need to leave them ac on

nice place in a good location.Room is spacious and seems to be pretty clean.I think it's a pretty good place for short and convenient stay.

While I was there, there weren't many people and still you could hear people talking outside the rooms. They weren't talking loudly or anything, just bad sound isolation.

Room was very dark. There was no hand towel or toilet roll holder. Light flickered alot. Little noisy.

Big and clean room, good location - bus station Alterna is in few min walking distance, Turistica 10 min, so it was easy to travel around. Staff are nice and helpful
